I can't say enough good about the property and the management and the cleanliness. This was the perfect mountain cabin getaway for us, surrounded my aspirins and pines up in the higher elevations in the fall? What more could you want! The snack kit was something we didn't expect but it was a fantastic little welcome gift. I look forward to staying here again! For a little bit longer next time though!

It was great. The only issue was the long driveway that was lined by big rocks. It was difficult to get our boat to the cabin. Besides that, it was amazing!

It is a very NICE place. It is an awesome place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

It was a great place to stay. We are outdoor people so it was fabulous. We had Mule deer in the yard in the mornings and evenings. It was just a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

Great mountain stay

The property was very clean and well kept. There were plenty of games and activities there to keep us entertained. Scenery is beautiful. The Arrowhead Mountain Lodge was so much fun for entertainment and karaoke was a blast.

Peaceful mountain cabin

Loved my stay at this well-kept cabin. So clean and with many thoughtful adds like games/maps, indoor clothes line with washer and dryer, etc. Comfortable bed (king). Outside I enjoyed the comfortable deck and the hammock! The birds up here are crazy! My Merlin birds app picked up over 15 different birds the one morning! There is a fire pit, corn hole game and horse shoes. So quiet. The lodge and restaurant is about a mile away.

This is a beautiful mountain home

This was my 2nd time staying here. We loved it! Its off the main path and away from crowds which is why I go to the mountains. There is hiking and lakes right around the house, of you can quickly get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I'm planning to come back again.

Amazing mountain top community

Takes a while to get to the cabin from the main highway, but thats exactly what we were looking for. Its a beautiful location with tall mature Aspens and Pines with a plethora of wildlife like ground squirrels, marmots and mule deer.

The owners of this little gem have thought out all the things you might need. Great location, every view out your window lovely and a quiet place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We go for the jeeping and it’s perfect.

Perfect location for being “out” but still close enough to all the cool things. The cabin was even prettier than the pictures IMO. The amount of things provided (croc pot, toaster, griddle etc) was very helpful. All around great stay.

Great setting to relax!

A great place to land for a weekend of relaxing after a very busy week of hiking and exploring national parks around New Mexico and Colorado. Location was very convenient to our last stop at Black Canyon of the Gunnison and our whole crew enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful setting.

2 day stay July 10, 2023

Road construction on Highway 50 was severe. Evening full closures by 7:30 pm. Had I know in advance the only way into the property was through this highway, we would not have booked. We spent hours waiting in multiple road stops. Check this information before you go. We were not informed. However, the rental was super nice and our family enjoyed it. Upstairs bathroom was not available to use but our family of 6 worked it out.

A Sweet Seclusion

Wonderful stay. Was surprised being 6 miles up a dirt road, but was worth it once arrived. After seeing the lodge, knew we were on the right road ;-) What a setting amongst the aspens! Even though you see other homes, really didn't see many people during our stay. Did a lot of deck sitting as decided to stay put and avoid the Hwy 50 delays. So just enjoyed the singing and buzzing of birds. House was perfect for me as I had just broke my ankle so could move around on the knee scooter - the ramp and shower setup helped! Enjoyed a great dinner at the lodge.
