The owners were welcoming and friendly. When we had a mishap with a tour they were able to accommodate us and take us out to look for polar bears. :)

I had a lovely stay. Staff was most helpful even took me on a tour. Walking to all amenities. Would definitely stay again :)

The Iceberg Inn is in the perfect location to access all the important parts of the town, as well as the train station. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The decor of the Inn is charming and very attractive. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Having a kettle to boil water and a microwave are very handy. My only hesitation is that if you think you will be yukking it up with international visitors in the lounge you will be mistaken, as the space is only open for very limited hours.

Conveniently close to the train station, we were able to walk directly from the train to the hotel. We arrived early and the receptionist was very helpful by allowing us to check in to our rooms early. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms need some upgrades, but we were comfortable for the 2 night stay. There is a common area with a kettle and a microwave. The rooms each have a mini fridge and the tap water is safe to drink.

Small, spartan rooms. Clean. No TV in room but there is wifi. Owner was very accommodating! Close to train and across the street from the grocery store.

We were charmed by the hotel and its ebullient owner. Bill never tired of offering help and advise about things to do and where to go in the tiny hamlet of Churchill. Great artwork on the exterior and hall. Yes, the hotel is very rustic and dated. No tv, poor internet signal, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel suited its environment in a very rustic outpost town. The location is VERY convenient to the train station (1 block) and the town. Sadly we went at the wrong time of summer and didn't see a single live bear, beluga whale or even the northern lights, but Bill made sure we got to see everything else there was to see and the best places to eat and shop.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza piccolissima prodotti bagno inesistenti. Totale assenza di assistenza. Zona giorno di fatto inesistente perché era chiusa per quasi tutto il giorno. A disposizione solo un corridoio con un bollitore con sola acqua a disposizione. Il caffè lo dovevi comprare al supermercato. Il tutto per un prezzo a 5 stelle. La stanza non veniva fatta. Assolutamente non consigliato. Abbiamo trovato di meglio ad un prezzo molto più basso.

Absolutely outstanding stay. Exceeded expectations in every way. The owner is unbelievably helpful — from lending extra equipment we didn’t even think to bring, to offering solid local advice that genuinely made our trip better. You can tell they truly care about their guests. The location couldn’t be better: right by the train station and steps from the grocery store, which is a huge bonus in Churchill. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect after long days out exploring. Overall, just an incredibly positive, welcoming experience. Friendly, well-run, and absolutely worth staying at. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Churchill.

This is pretty much a basic motel, but the owner/manager, Bill, makes it special, giving it the stars and surely the place we would return to in all of Churchill when traveling independently. He is extremely helpful in planning your experience so you get the most possible out of your trip. Also, the location is perfect in the center of town.

Northern hospitality. Hotel is rustic but clean and functional. It is short on dining and the amenities in the rooms but the host can get you anything you need to enjoy Churchill area.

This is a modest inn with basic rooms, but comfortable and very convenient to the rail station and to the few restaurants that are open in the winter. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and very comfortable. Hallway is painted with beautiful scenery.

The manager Brahm was very helpful and informative about things to do in the area. The rooms are ok althougha little tired. The art work in the building makes this a unique place to stay.

L'hotel è molto basico, con frigor in camera e microonde e bollitore nell'area comune. Scieglilo se quello che ti interessa sono gli orsi. Poi scoprirai i proprietari, Bill e Angela, davvero fantastici, disponibili, che faranno della tua vacanza una vera avventura!
