    This exceptional and unique annex is just for you.

    Designed and built to the highest of standards, with a warm and modern feel.
    Both elegant bedrooms have cool and serine ensuite shower rooms.
    A fully-fitted, and truly stunning kitchen with open-plan living space complemented by plush, comfortable seating, await you upstairs.

    Outdoor space leads straight from the living space onto a wide balcony with views of the beautiful Shropshire Hills.

    A very warm welcome to our lovely property, The Annex at Croft House.

    The hosts have spared no expense in transforming this lovely property into an extra-special place for guests to enjoy.
    You really do have to experience it for yourselves.

    Located in a quiet and secluded area of Church Stretton, this elegant, modern and spacious home is less than a 10 minute stroll into the town.

    Part of the host's main estate of 'Croft House', yet set back far enough to give you a confidence of having your own separate space.

    THE SPACE (with good WIFI - approx. 70 mbps)

    Spacious and Bright Kitchen:

    With a generous area of superior quartz worktops, and central island, to prepare food - with lots of cupboard storage - including an integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, 2 digital ovens and induction hob, you're set for cooking up a feast, unless you'd prefer to visit one of Church Stretton's superb restaurants

    For refreshments, we supply tea and coffee-making facilities with a cafetiere and ground coffee machine (please do bring your favourite freshly ground coffee).

    If you like mood lighting, we have a beautiful glass chandelier in the main space upstairs, along with LED accent-lighting and several pockets of downlights to enhance the atmosphere at night.

    We have every utensil available, with pans, plates and bowls for all. Plus plenty of wine and water glasses, and champagne flutes.

    Luxurious Bedrooms:

    There are two spacious ground floor, beautifully decorated bedrooms in calming colours, featuring king sized beds, assuring you of a restful night's sleep.

    Each bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets.

    Living / Dining Area:

    A standout feature of the home is the light and airy open-plan kitchen / dining & living area. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa seating area, along with another 2 armchairs with extending bases for literally putting your feet up!
    We also have snug blankets if the evenings are chilly.

    Entertainment:

    Along with a smart TV in the living room upstairs, we also have a TV in each bedroom.

    Calming Bathrooms:

    Everyone wants their own bathroom, and here you have it. Two beautifully designed luxurious ensuite bathrooms with double-size glass shower cubicles, ensuring a refreshing start to your day.

    Beautiful Outdoor Space and Garden:

    We have a raised decking area with table and chairs for outdoor meals or drinks.

    The hosts live in the main house which faces the road. Feel free to say hello if you see them but your stay will be uninterrupted and private.
    Guests have full access to The Annex only and the rear garden area around the decking.

    Other Things to Note for Guests:

    Free off-street parking is available for 2 cars only.

    Great Location:

    Situated in the picturesque town of Church Stretton, The Annex provides a perfect base for exploring the local area. Discover the lovely town, venture into the hills for a walk or picnic, and eat out at some of the varied restaurants and pubs.

    If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £45, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will need to charge a further night's stay.

    Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property at any time due to fire regulations. Smoke alarms are positioned to detect this.

    The hosts live next door so please enjoy yourselves but respect their space.

    Guests will have access to the whole of the annex, with outside space surrounding the decking area. Please do not use the rear lawn area towards the main house with respect to the host's privacy.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. p
