"The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property! "

"This was a great home to host our family vacation this year. First, the host was very communicative and called after we booked to give us a bunch of tips about the area and how to make the best of our stay. She was fantastic to work with and book with. "My kids and I absolutely loved our stay at the Outlook! So peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time walking around the trails spotting deer and toads. We did a good amount of fishing on the dock, catching catfish. I hope to stay here again in the future."

It was furnished and decorated very nicely (it didn't feel like a generic rental but it wasn't so fancy you were afraid to use stuff). Comfortable bed, nice pillows, nice sheets.
