"The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the food was truly exceptional. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic every morning and a great way to start the day. The optional dinner each evening was equally impressive, with a different menu every night and consistently excellent quality. What truly set this property apart, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were absolutely amazing, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. I have never experienced this level of care and warmth...

"La habitación súper buena nos dieron con Jacuzzi y estaba muy linda. Buena limpieza y reposición de mini bar y toallas. La comida muy variada y rica. Los restaurantes a la carta divinos solo que debes reservar con tiempo hasta las 3:00 de la tarde. Muy completo en actividades y muy buena variedad de bebidas. Fue un viaje maravilloso y estadía fabulosa. Gracias"

He went to every table and made sure everyone was alright and if anything he could do to improve the room andxso on. The property itself is not beach front but I would choose it again over the Grand Decameron next door which is an All inclusive but terrible rooms and horrible food but has a beach. "

"We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was."
