"まったくホテルの人との対面はなく、全てメールでのやり取りのみ。手続きの段階で、宿泊者の登録をするよう、メールが届きますが、全て英語だったので（日本語の選択がない）、少し戸惑いました。 ホテル自体は、部屋をワンフロア貸切 暗証番号を入力して入室 部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、ハミガキはありました。 コーヒーはドリップバッグがありましたが、紅茶やお茶も欲しかったです。 快適な生活ができましたが、一つだけ、用意された布団一式の敷き布団が薄すぎです、寝られませんでした。 そこだけです、困ったところは。 あと、キャンセルができないのは、冬は体調を崩すことがあると考えた時、リスクも承知で予約しなければいけません。"

"Loved this little flat. Very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the Peace Park and museum. Elevator access on 3rd floor. Easy and affordable tram ride from the train station drops you within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself is small, but contains everything youd need to stay while exploring the city. "We had such a positive experience staying here. Highly recommend this apartment. Do be aware there is no elevator & you have 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. Was not an issue for us. Place was clean spacious & the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see & do. "
