"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."

The place included a toaster oven and microwave. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was approximately 20 - 25 minute walk to most locations, to include ACoop, a grocery store. I thought my one bedroom included an in unit washer and dryer but it did not. It was okay, since there were 2 machines, just down the...

"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "
