"My experience at this hotel was quite unpleasant. Upon arrival, I was given a room that clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guest. I’m not talking about dust or dirty floors—I mean visible traces from the previous stay. I asked for a room change and was given another one, but the bathroom was also dirty. I accepted it anyway because I’m introverted and didn’t feel comfortable complaining again. The room had a strong smell of tobacco and other substances, even though I had specifically booked a non-smoking room. The beds had cigarette burns, which I found unacceptable. On top of that, the parking lot was full of dog feces, which gives a really bad first impression. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Basic standards of cleanliness and respect for guests’ preferences are simply not being met. "
