The host was easily available to answer questiond. The views of the reef and beach are beautiful and so relaxing. The amenities such as washer and dryer, snorkeling gear and kayaks. The wifi, plenty of beach towels to laundry detergent made our stay relaxing and memorable. We loved our stay.

This property was the perfect location! The view was amazing, the beach was beautiful and the condo staff did a great job keeping the beach cleaned up. We had the master bedroom which had plenty of room, an amazing view and a comfortable bed. My mother in law unfortunately had a room where the cable box was broken so she did not have a working tv in her room. Leslie did get ahold of the cable company but unfortunately they were not able to fix until after we left. We did cook everyday, sometimes breakfast sometimes dinner. There were some spices there which was nice. There are a few things that would have been nice to have had to make cooking easier but we made do with what we had. Leslie and Alisha were both very responsive to our concerns. We had a great vacation and appreciate the hospitality.

Beautiful spacious condo

The owner really goes out of her way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Condo is stocked with everything you'd need. On island help for any urgent or specific questions you might have. Would recommend!

Great amenities

Aside from the seaweed, it was a great place to stay. We spent much time on the other side for beaches. Really nice to have the beautiful kitchen with all necessities,to include things like coffee filters, laundry pods, spices, butter ( from past visitors?) and shampoo/beach towels. Had i known how expensive the food is in St Croix, i would have filled a suitcase with non perishables and paid the 40 checked baggage fee. We left coffee, unopened lunch meat, cereal, etc for next people. The snorkeling was awesome and so great to have equipment. Love the friendly cat who may or may not live next door. Enjoy! Love St Croix.

Week long stay

We had a wonderful stay at the “Theatre on the Beach”. Check in process was easy and all instructions very clear. We received so much information about the island of St. Croix the must do’s , historic points of interest, different beach locations and lots of dining options! Accommodations were five star! Leslie and Alisha were so informative and easy to communicate with. Thank You for a fabulous vacation! We highly recommend!!

Friends Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Property was close to Boardwalk, only took us 5-10 minutes to get there. View from deck was beautiful!! We enjoyed our coffee out there every morning!Place was clean and had everything we needed!!. Few things, lights on deck flickered probably need new bulbs or there is a short in the connection . We couldn’t get any internet as the one they said never showed up. TV in main bedroom didn’t work , as it was not dish network but connected to internet, so it was constantly trying to connect while the other room had dish network. Would be simple to add another hopper to that room:)We enjoyed our stay!! One other thing, it would have been nice to have a regular door on the main bedroom instead of slatted doors. Leslie was easy to email before we got there and was very helpful with information!!We enjoyed our week there!!

Great stay

Comfortable and well stocked condo. Host and Rep were very communicative and kept us informed during an unforeseen power outage. Power was restored in a few short hours and we remained comfortable throughout our stay.

Amazing veiws wonderful condo

This condo had everything you need for an amazing time in St Croix The owner and manager went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. Very private beach with amazing snorkeling, close to the town and great places to eat.

USVI Vacay

This was our family's first time visiting the USVI. St. Croix is a beautiful island. The unit was as described in the listing. It had a stunning view of the ocean. There was a crazy storm that knocked the power out until the next day. We plan to visit again in the future as there are a couple of things we would like to experience on our return. Thanks!

Great place to relax!!

Theater on the Beach is clean (saw only a couple bugs but that’s to be expected in the Caribbean), well stocked, close to town, and has an amazing uncrowded beach. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful Location

Great place for two couples! The location is just a quick ride to Christiansted where there is a number of really good restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a large balcony with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. The pool is quiet with little seats and tables located right in the water, doesn't get better than that! The neighbors at the condo are very friendly and helpful in advising their favorite places to go and eat. Leslie, the owner, also provides you with a huge list. Wherever we drove around, people were very friendly. Loved the beaches, the pool and our stay in St. Croix!

Wonderful vacation home!

Leslie and her property manager were both very helpful and quick to repsond to messages. Theater on the Beach was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Plenty of space for four adults. The views from the covered porch are amazing. The ocean water was calm, great for snorkeling! The pool was clean with plenty of loungers to sit on. We hope to stay again some day!

Nice setting

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is very spacious and the veranda is a great spot for beach & ocean views. We surely would have enjoyed it even more if it hadn’t been so gosh darn windy (and rainy) during our 5-day stay. Leslie is an unbelievably gracious and responsive communicator.

Thanksgiving at the Theater on the Beach

We decided to do something way out of the norm for us and spend Thanksgiving in St Croix. We originally had booked another rental and they had to cancel. Luckily we found the Theater on the Beach and Leslie let us book on short notice. Wow we really lucked out! The condo has the most spectacular view from the veranda. Being right on the beach with palm trees in the foreground and overlooking the Caribbean's patchwork of turquoise is just amazing. We enjoyed waking up with our coffee every morning with the tropical breeze easing us into the rest of the day. The condo has all of the comforts of home. It is clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. I particularly like some of Leslie's own works of art. It is conveniently located about 2 miles out of town. You have the choice of eating in with a kitchen that has all of the essentials or checking out the local fare. We did both. On Thanksgiving we ate next door at the Le Cuisinier having lobster and lamb. Hamilton's was our favorite for dinner and Brew STX and Nates for lunch or late afternoon meal. They are both on the board walk overlooking the harbor. There is lot's to do. You can drive just about anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes or you can just chill on the beach or hang out by the pool also well maintained. The one trip everyone should make is to Point Udall. It is the eastern most point of the USA. It is a peninsula providing breath taking vistas. Sorry I ran out of space to write more. Loved it!

Paradise

Fully stocked is an understatement! The condo has everything you need plus!! Supplies were well thought out - the only thing we had to bring was ourselves, food and drinks. Great location - you can travel from one side of the island or the other within 30 min. We would have loved to have explored with the paddle board or kayak but neither was accessible during our stay. Despite this minor detail, we would stay with confidence at any of Leslie’s properties. Thank you for sharing your home!
