This condo is beautiful! Kitchen & bathrooms well stocked. Everything clean! We ran into some issues along the way and the owner and property manager were both PHENOMENAL! Would recommend this place for sure!

Beautiful property, just as shown in the photos. Just an easy step out to the beach and cool breezes straight from the Caribbean when sitting on the porch. Property manager was responsive and had wonderful suggestions on how to enjoy the island like a local. Swimming pool, with a taste of sugar mill history was extremely clean. We would suggest this property when visiting the beautiful island of St. Croix.

STUNNING AMAZING BEAYTIFUL

From the moment we walked in the door we all fell in love, So perfect for 2 teenagers and 4 adults very comfortable, adorable and everything provided was a gift. The views and access to everything was a blessing. Thank you for sharing the Theater Condo it made our trip to St. Croix perfect.

Great Girls Getaway

Had a wonderful weekend. Condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Oceanfront with a gorgeous view. Plenty of room and clean. Exactly like the pictures (view is better in person). Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. No issues at all.

Stunning St. Croix Sugar Beach

Our family had a wonderful time! The balcony view is amazing! The beach is relaxing, water perfect for swimming! Location close to the Boardwalk. We love Leslie’s property & plan to return again in the future! St. Croix is awesome

Breezy comfy stay

Ocean breezes were wonderful, great ocean view from lani. Condo was clean and well appointed. Great communication from owner and property manager. Pool was immaculate. Queen bed was not comfortable for us and lani cushions on wicker were not the best. Overal enjoyed our stay.

Our friends had stayed at another VRBO in this complex and recommended this listing. Leslie and Alisha were so easy to work with and our stay was just lovely! Everything is here and Leslie provides so much insight into island activities! Fabulous! We will be back!

Great Property!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location is unbeatable—directly on the beach with breathtaking views. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.One of the highlights was the incredible snorkeling right off the beach! The hosts thoughtfully provided a variety of snorkeling gear, which made it even more convenient and fun.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Amazing Condo on Sugar Beach

Loved our 1st visit to St Croix! Condo was had an amazing view of Buck Island (visiting it by boat is a must!). The condo was well appointed & well stocked. We cooked a few meals in & had everything we needed. We used the beach towels & cooler provided for our day outings. We highly recommend this spacious condo and would stay there again.

Favorite Condo Ever!

Omg...Leslie had everything in this condo you could possible need....snorkel gear, beach hats, chairs, tons of games and books, etc.! The condo itself is stunning! The views are amazing! The neighbor was our favorite, love her! Had the best time in St. Croix, the location of this condo was great! Had so much fun snorkeling, eating at all the great restaurants, shopping, sunning and swimming, and visiting all the sights. Thanks so much Leslie and Alisha, magical vacation for sure.

Beautiful Condo

We loved Theatre at Sugar Beach. Amenities were great. Pool is beautiful. On island manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Vacay

This was the first visit to the Caribbean for our two sons and we loved the laid back, non touristy feel of St. Croix. We loved the central location of the condo because it allowed us to go east or west on the island for activities without it being a really long drive. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach right outside the condo and often had it all to ourselves. The condo was so well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and Alisha, our on-island contact, was amazing help with food recommendations and other advice we were looking for during our stay. We absolutely loved our time on the island and look forward to coming back again one day! Oh and my 12 year old wanted me to add that if you see the property’s resident orange cat and black cat please love on them for him :)

Great view, nice property

My mother and I enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. The pool and property were excellent. We were caught up in some travel delays due to the Crowd Strike incident and Miami storms and are grateful that the property owner was able to adjust our stay so that we wouldn't miss days of our vacation. Thanks a million!!

St Croix 2024- Sugar beach

The condo at Sugar Beach was perfect for our family vacation and first time in St Croix. The views from the deck were beautiful and the condo was beautifully decorated and exceeded our expecations. We explored the entire island and other beaches for beach combing and snorkling. The water clarity was spectacular. We checking out various restaurants but our top three were LeReine Chicken shack, the Landing and Zs cafe. Alisha and Leslie were more than helpful with tips and providing excellent service making our trip a memorable one.

Peaceful Beauty

The Theater was everything I wanted- beautiful view, quiet haven, plenty of room with a huge open space connecting the living area with the kitchen. Everything was clean, updated, and comfortable. My teenage grand-daughters loved hanging out at the pool after our days of exploring. The location was central so it was easy and quick to get into Christiansted for dinners or shopping and easy to take a day trip into Frederiksted or up to the East end of the island. We loved it.

Perfect Getaway

Property was perfect for our first visit to this island. Right on the Caribbean. Easy to access the rest of the island and close to the shops and restaurants of Christiansted. Definitely need a car to get around. There are taxis available if you don't feel comfortable driving on the left. The unit itself was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything you need for your stay. Vary few people on the beach. At times it seemed that we were the only ones there. We had a fantastic trip and already making plans to return this year.

Great stay!

This was a great condo with a beautiful view. Worked perfectly for our family of four. I spent most of my time on the balcony looking out onto the water. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, easy access to downtown Christiansted, centrally located and near a grocery story.

USVI vacay

Leslie is awesome! The condo was recently renovated, and was nice and clean! The view is amazing!!!! Easy accessible drive to Christiansted and local restaurants and attractions. Condo has lots of beach toys for all ages. Enjoyed the week of warm weather, sunshine and relaxation.

Terrific!

The property was comfortable and clean. There was a well-set up and stocked kitchen. Our host was very accessible and helpful. We really enjoyed our whole experience there. There is a real seaweed issue on the beach, but that was explained to us beforehand. Our washing machine died, but Leslie hired someone to address the problem immediately and even gave us some money back for the inconvenience. She takes her hosting seriously and does a great job helping her tenants have a special experience.

Perfection!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Steps from the beach and an unobstructed view. You can relax on the porch, look at the ocean, and hear the waves rolling in. The location is great, being 5 minutes from the Boardwalk and the condo had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful too and our kids loved swimming there after being in town or at the beach all day. We hope to stay here again!
