Very well equiped villa. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Private pool was exceptional..perfect temp for night time dip or eary morning swim. View of Buck Island was beautiful. Surrounding area was well maintained. Highly recommend!

30th Anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd visit to this one of a kind villa! It is a real gem and exactly as advertised in the photos, look no further! The opportunity to unwind and relax is like none other with its privacy and serene atmosphere. This upscale villa is well appointed from top to bottom, with spectacular views day or night, and spotlessly clean. The staff provide a true level of comfort (and security) and knowledge of the island. You have the opportunity to enjoy many activities or simply lounge by the private heated pool. Great restaurants, secluded beaches, quaint island shoppes, snorkeling and other excursions, on-site tennis court, not to mention 2 excellent 18 hole golf courses to enjoy. Don’t forget to watch the sunrise at Point Udall, pack a lunch and hike Jack & Issac’s Bay Preserve trails to the beach for a refreshing swim. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great views and an amazing pool!

We loved our stay at Limetree, the only issue was at check in, there was a miscommunication with the housekeepers. However the host promptly took care of the issue and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. We would highly recommend staying here!

35th Anniversary Trip!

Second time to this amazing villa! So well appointed, clean, accessible and well maintained! We can't say enough great things about this villa. It is perfect for a couples retreat! The owners have thought of everything! It is so well stocked! Bed linens and towels are amazing! View is second to none! SO close to all East End locations/beaches/hiking and about 15 min to town. Hard to leave but we will be back!!!

Great location and property

Loved our stay at the Villa Limetree. Everything was as expected. Could not have asked for anything else. Everything worked great and the pool was amazing, nice having a heated pool. Would stay here again in a second.

Perfect Getaway! Serene Private Villa!

This exceptional villa was everything you would expect and more! What you see is what you get, it truly is an amazing gem of a location and property. Our greeter, Charles, was helpful in giving us a tour and offered many tips for the villa and local food/entertainment choices. The condo was well appointed from the kitchen to the luxurious towels (bath & beach), tennis rackets, beach chairs, etc. The decor is beautiful and comfortable indoor and out; we grilled and went out to dinner at many different restaurants on the island, but really enjoyed a quiet breakfast daily by the pool. The owners have a guidebook of many activities and suggested restaurants that did not disappoint! The privacy is of this villa makes it so relaxing to dine and swim with complete serenity while enjoying the striking view from atop the hill. We caught many nights of stars and a couple cruise ships all lit up navigating the night as they sailed to Frederiksted on the other side of the island. During your stay, read the guestbook for some excellent suggestions for excursions and food experiences. The Crucians are such nice people and are full of guidance to help you experience the local flair and activities. No question, we will be back!

Wonderful Week in St. Croix!!!

This villa was absolutely perfect!! From initial correspondence with Anne to meeting Charles, our greeter, it was top notch! Villa is located very close to hiking, beaches, and several restaurants/bars! We enjoyed the pool and grilled out a couple of times. View is amazing! Kitchen is well stocked and nicely renovated! The road up to the villa has been recently paved and access is super easy! We felt very safe and walked most mornings on area roads. Anne also coordinated our jeep rental (highly recommend Centerline Rentals!) and Charles made a pre-arrival grocery run for us, which was super helpful! He was so nice and informative! Anne responded immediately with any questions that we had! Just can't say enough good things about this property!! Book it!!

Beautiful Views & Pool Paradise

We had an amazing 12 days Jane’s property, everything you would need was there. The view every morning was spectacular day and night. Heated pool also and 2 big showers some night we would just relax in the pool and watch tv. Great Villa along with all new roads made the trip great. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa!!

This condo was by far the best place we have ever rented for vacation!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. The unit felt just like our home. The kitchen has everything to cook with, the bed was super comfortable, the showers feel like you are outdoors with the large space and garden window views, comfortable sofas, the patio furniture and pool are absolutely the best. All the towels, sheets and everything in the condo were top quality. Pool dips at night, coffee in the heated pool and let’s talk about the most amazing view. The view was the best on island! The unit is very private and quiet. We felt safe. Thank you property management for your very quick responses to all questions or concerns. We will for sure be back to stay here every time.

Don’t hesitate to book!

People often worry if a vacation property actually “looks” like the pictures…if the description is “inflated”, etc. I can assure you that is not the case with this one! We’ve stayed at this development before, at another unit. This unit far surpassed our previous experience. We thought we had a great one before - we ended up with a PERFECT one this time. The view simply cannot be beat. For us older folks, the ease of parking nearby was really helpful when hauling luggage or groceries. The owner has simply thought of everything. So ma y personal touches are there for you to enjoy - just as if it were your own home. I cannot think of anything we didn’t have. Tastefully decorated and well maintained, you can certainly see the pride of ownership. The “quieter” side of the island is what we love. Sitting on the patio for hours heading only the sounds of birds or frogs was Heaven. The stars were incredible. The view - well we feel it simply couldn’t be any better. On clear days we could see St Thomas and St John. Watching the sailboats around Buck Island was such fun, and we even saw a cruise ship in the distance one evening. If you want a relaxing and meaningful getaway, don’t hesitate to book this condo. Whether you stay there most of your time enjoying that beautiful view or if you choose to explore all the island has to offer, you won’t regret staying here. We were seriously considering moving to St Croix and this visit assured us it’s where we want to be in the not so distant future. This condo felt like home. We felt like we were home. We cannot WAIT to come again. Truly one of our best vacations ever (and we are seasoned travelers).

Great stay

Great stay! Everything is high end at this small villa. You will need a car if you stay here. The pool was a little cold would be my small complaint but they came out to check on the heater. Perfect for a couple!

AMAZING GETAWAY

We just had another great vacation on St Croix and stayed at our favorite, Limetree Villa. We have stayed there before and always look forward to going back. The owners have created a very comfortable atmosphere that feels much like home as soon as you walk in. Combine that with the spectacular ocean view and private heated pool, and you don't want to leave. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the den with the big screen TV was very relaxing. We enjoyed the whiskey lobster at Duggan's Reef on the beach just below the villa, as well as several other fun restaurants nearby. We also love exploring the many beaches on St Croix, although one of our favorites is Cramer's Park. It's only about a mile east of the villa. We look forward to returning next year!

Exactly what we were looking for!

So pleased with our stay at lime tree villa! So serene and peaceful with spectacular views. Loved starting the day with breakfast and morning swim then heading out to our planned adventure. Evenings were quiet with great views of the stars. We didn’t really use the tv / office room much but it would be a great choice for an extended stay. We were very happy with all the furniture and amenities available to us in the villa. The bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated being greeted at the airport and escorted (on the left side of the road) to the villa. Lots of restaurants and beaches close by. The Reef Golf course literally below the villa and tennis courts on the other side of hill. At some point we’d love to return.

Simply lovely!!

Lime Tree looks exactly like the pictures. The condo has everything you need...A/C, your very own private pool right outside your french doors, icemaker, comfortable king bed, plush towels, etc. all the conveniences of home. Incredible view of Buck Island. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to all.

Absolutely loved this villa

If you are a couple contemplating a stay in St. Croix, this is a fabulous villa in so many ways. The location on the East End is wonderful, with a beautiful view of Buck Island, super easy access to several excellent tennis courts a few minutes away as well as a 9 hole gulf course, and a 10 minute drives to beautiful beaches like Kramer's Beach and the beach at Buccaneers Bay. The villa is very tastefully decorate and comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well equipped (clearly the owners are chefs and we loved the pots, the salad spinner, garlic press and other tools) and the small pool was perfect for cooling off after a sun bath. The furnishings were beautiful and in excellent taste and we loved the king size bed which is often hard to find. In short, it was pretty much perfect and great value. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay at Limetree

We had an amazing stay at Limetree. Villa was well maintained with many amenities. Views were spectacular. Pool was great!! Villa owners provide helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities. Property manager was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend Limetree for your visit to St Croix.

Amazing Property!

My wife and I stayed at beautiful (and very clean) Limetree Villa for a week in June and absolutely loved everything about it! The pool and the view from the pool are unbelievelable! We turned off the bedroom air conditioner every morning and opened the doors to allow the breeze through the villa and that's all you need! The layout of the villa is perfect for a couple. Other than fabulous meals at Duggan's Reef and Blue Water Terrace, we grilled by the pool every evening. We also enjoyed drinks at Rhythms at Rainbow Beach and Boot Strap Bar & Grill on the Christianstead Boardwalk. The villa is a quick drive to Point Udall as well. If we ever make it back to St. Croix, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect retreat!

We loved the location of the Villa! The Villa has everything you will need to enjoy your time on the island. Charles was very helpful and provided lots of information to make maneuvering the island easier. The private pool was absolutely heavenly! Would definitely return!

Awesome vacation!

We just spent the perfect week at Limetree Villa. Total privacy, gorgeous views, and very romantic. The villa is furnished very tastefully with teak and mahogany furniture, local artwork and the enlarged kitchen had everything we needed and more. We spent time on the patio enjoying the ocean breezes, the heated pool and grilling some delicious dinners. After a day of beach hopping and roaming the island, we were so happy to have the comfy den and flat screen TV to watch movies. It's obvious the owner takes very good care of this villa. We will definitely return to Limetree!

Wonderful Property!

We just spent 2 weeks in December in St Croix at this beautiful property. This condo was equipped with everything that we could have ever needed and more. We enjoyed the private pool every day. The separate family room/office was the perfect place to unwind after a day of diving, horseback riding, or hiking. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.
