Wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be returning to this property. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Close enough to boardwalk for meals but far enough away to feel like you had a private beach.

We just rated this OK because the condo living areas need some updating and thorough cleaning. The bedrooms were nice, and the outside patio area was great. There were just 2 of us and I think if it would have been 2 couples, this might have been a much better value. It was convenient to walk out on the beach and we were only about 10 minutes from town. We enjoyed all of the conch shells.

The view and access to the beach was outstanding! Literally three steps away. The pool was perfect, very clean and warm. The pool was very centralized making it easy to get to. The room had a nice Caribbean feel to it. Thoroughly enjoy our time there.

Property was exactly as represented in description. Conveniently located for exploring island adventures. Communication with property owners Diane and Don was effortless. They are very responsive, provide tons of information about the condo as well as suggestions for food and fun.

This was an amazing place. So warm and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful from communication, to helpful information and all the amenities provided went above and beyond. They were so nice and the place showed how much they care. Would definitely stay here again next time I go to Croix.

Lovely stay in Christianstead!

We had a wonderful vacation in St. Croix! Our host Diana was so sweet and informative. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed for the week. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept, and it was incredibly quiet during our stay! The views of the ocean from the gallery are fabulous and the pool area is perfect! My fiancé and I planned several excursions for the week (Buck Island is not to be missed!) and everything was within a 20 minute drive from the condo. Excellent place to stay!

Great Central Location, Very well equipped....

with beach things. cooking things, - everything we needed. Quiet. Safe. Beautiful view of the water. Warm, friendly helpful host. Downsides - none really. While it is a well-loved property some folks might mind that it is a little dated and tired looking. We had an awesome time!

Outstanding location

We were so pleased to be able to stay so close to the sea! The beach was cleared of seaweed every morning, it was easy to walk into the water -both for children and the elderly (us) and we were even able to do a bit of snorkeling there. It was disappointing that the restaurants on either side of the property had closed, but perhaps they will start up, and we found that we preferred buying food to eat on our patio, because it was nicer than the restaurants we found. Condo is lovely and comfortable, with details and amenities that gave it the comfort of a home, rather than the bareness one often finds at a rental property.

Starfish Palace deserves 5 stars

The condo is just as advertised. It is clean and beautiful. Right on the beach. Don and Diane keep it well stocked for visitors. Both beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and functional. There is washer, dryer, and dishwasher. All the comforts of home with a beach for your backyard and a pool across the parking lot. Had to leave too soon!

One week's stay

This property met and exceeded expectations. Not only were the online pictures accurate but the place was better than we thought.. walking out the back part of the condo to the beach was so great. Diane, the property owner, was quick to respond to any text I sent her.. checking in was so easy, neighbors were friendly, and location is center to everything you would want. (Highly recommend renting a vehicle though, streets do not look pedestrian friendly).

Private and quiet property and beach!

If you are looking for quiet, beautiful sea and sky, and private beach...this is the place. Nice for 2 couples with their own private bedroom/bath! All kitchen amenities provided! We loved the view in the morning on the porch with coffee!! You do need a car to tour the island however. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location!

Just back from 9 wonderful nights in St. Croix. Everything was as pictured and described in the listing. The condo is very well stocked, as other reviewers have mentioned. The ability to walk out to the beach was a first for us & really made it the perfect location! The beach is very nice in front of the property. We have friends next door at Colony Cove and they don't really have any beach left in front of their buildings. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available at the beach, and we practically had the pool to ourselves each visit. There is a nice grill in the pool area. The primary king bed was very comfortable, I should have looked to see the label! Thank you for sharing your condo and for being such excellent hosts!

Amazing!!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed in St. Croix. Super clean, amazing location, and all the amenities you could want. Great communication between hosts, and they give you so much information. Relaxing water view

We had a great visit to St. Croix. This condo had a new kitchen with all of the cooking utensils we could ever need. It is a beautiful spot that is easy to get to Christiansted. Easy access to the beach. I do recommend wearing sturdy water shoes as conch shells are hard to see in the water. We had a couple of hiccups with the AC and TV but the Diana and Don were quickly responsive. I have been on island enough know that things break down often because of the salt air. This is a great unit!

Wonderful unit!

This property is exactly as advertised and then some. Amenities include everything you need to enjoy the island- coolers, chairs, very nice snorkeling equipment, fluffy towels. The view and proximity to water is second to none. Very secluded and private patio for morning coffee and evening dinners. Comfortable beds and very roomy master bath. We were able to drive just about anywhere we wanted in 15-20 minutes- except Christiansted which is only about 5 minutes away. Close to supermarket. Hosts were prompt to reply to our questions and accommodated an early check in as well as rental and restaurant recommendations. Will need functional water shoes to swim comfortably here but we swam every day and loved it.

Wonderful Stay

The owners were so incredibly nice! We had some flight issues and they were so kind about the whole thing. Their unit is just lovely and right on the beach! Comfortable beds, great set up for being with family but also having some alone time when needed. We spent hours on the beach, at the pool, and in Christianstad which is close enough that those of us who are big walkers walked there. I can't thank the owners enough for a splendid vacation.
