Great spot if you are looking for a quiet place to just get away from it allAlthough the seabed at this spot is not clean sand, its really nice to have the whole beach for yourself…. However if you want great beaches, there are several just a shot drive away…, Cramer beach and shoy’s are great choices nearby.Sara, the property manager met us at the airport, which was a really bonus, as we arrived at night, making our first Island drive much easier We stayed for 7 weeks and had some friends and family come and go ….. Sara was great to look after anything we needed…, the communication from both Sara and Holly was easy and always timelyThe view from the veranda is absolutely stunning… to get up every morning and look at the sea and sail boats literally on your backyard is priceless The house is well equipped with plenty of seating.The kitchen has all the pots and pans you will need to cook at home if you so choose…, the bread in the island is not great, so we even baked bread several times Shopping is not far…. Seaside supermarket is only 10 minutes awayIf you’re looking to get away with your family, you will enjoy this spot….. every room has its own bathroom and all bedrooms are air conditioned, which makes sleeping very comfortable…. The beds are comfortableEnjoy your stay

Ok, let’s start with ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Sara and Jon the caretakers are fantastic and friendly. The location is perfection, if you enjoy supreme privacy! The pool and beach are just what you need. The home is homey! Everything works. The property has some age to it, so be kind to it! This is not a fancy place. Read the few 3ring binder pages and you will have the knowledge required to facilitate the BEST EVER private family vacay. Wow, 443 characters and I have not even mentioned St Croix. The afternoon late sun on the white front steps is a forever memory.

Vacation

Beautiful house, easy access to beach, ocean does have sea grass that you need to go through. We saw turtles near the beach every day. Peaceful to sit and read a book by. Pool was well maintained and the iguanas like to sit in the trees near the pool. Property manager is excellent.

Holly was very responsive, along with her sidekick, Sara. They took great care of us. Loved having beach access where we snorkeled right out the back yard, seeing sea turtles, star fish, stingrays, and found lots of cool sea shells. We also enjoyed the privacy of the east end of the island.

Marvelously Relaxing

Beautiful house, with lots of space for three couples to hang out, relax, rejuvenate, and have a fabulous time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. Sara was a great communicator and gave us great directions to the house and where to stop to stock up on food and drinks. The STX Yacht Club was marvelous and the food at Duggan’s was one of the best meals we ever had.

Nice Caribbean Getaway!

This house had everything we needed--my husband and I both mentioned that it was one of the best-stocked properties we've rented, and it has both a small beach and a pool. The host was really easy to communicate with and so helpful--she is a great ambassador for St. Croix and had lots of local recommendations and tips. I would definitely stay here again!

Our new favorite place!

This property is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that make every moment special. It is well-stocked with all the necessities, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to everything we needed: Point Udall, gorgeous beaches, Christiansted, snorkeling in Frederiksted, Ziggy's, Savant, La Reine Chicken Shack, Chaney Chicks, Breaker's Roar Tiki Bar, Flyer's Bar and Grill...the list continues. I highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway! Sara, Jonathan, and Holly are top-notch hosts. We are already planning for our next St.Croix visit. Thanks for everything :-)

Awesome place!

Everything was perfect! The view was amazing. There was PLENTY of items for use during our stay, there was even left over food and beverages from the previous guests. It never got too hot inside even without a/c. We’ll definitely go back!

Very nice house and location. Has a certain "homey" feel compared to some purely rental property houses. No AC in the main area could be rough if the weather were any warmer but it was fine for us with windows open and fans.

A perfect house for 6 people

This a great house with an awesome view overlooking the pool to the ocean. Pool is shaded in the heat of the day which makes swimming ideal. All the bedrooms are large in size with private baths. Kitchen is well supplied and large enough for several people to work when preparing the evening meal. Morning and afternoon breezes enter through the many windows on the east side of the house to keep the house very comfortable during the day. Communication with the property owner and manager were outstanding to make sure our stay was great. An easy 10-minute drive to Christiansted for shopping and great restaurants or dine at the Yacht Club next door. I would stay at this house again.

Perfect Private Relaxing Paradise Retreat

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had! I love my A/C and even though this property had A/C in the bedrooms, I was concerned that it didn't have it in the living areas. The combination of the windows with screens, beautiful consistent breeze and the shade available on the various outside spaces made it so I didn't notice. Add to it that there is a private pool and the beach a few steps away, it was heaven. I will definitely go back. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I like to cook and with the food prices on St. Croix it is nice to have the option. There are a few things that could stand to be updated, bathroom cabinets and stove, but we really enjoyed the character of the architecture. It added to the island vacation experience and our ability to relax. Sarah, the property manager, was very helpful and met us at the property. She offered to meet us at the airport, but we had a couple of stops we wanted to make on our way to the property. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

Home oasis away from home

This was my family's third stay here. It has everything we want in a winter get away. Privacy but convenient access to restaurants and groceries. The views are marvelous.The beach is small but pretty private and mostly quiet (unless the marina next door is giving sailing lessons) and there's another beach very close by car that is lovely too. Or lazing around the pool is another fabulous option. Restaurants are very good and the local lobster is surprising inexpensive. The house is charming with plenty of room for us and comes with all the things we need in the kitchen. They even leave condiments, liquor, canned goods, tea and the like that others have left at the end of their stay. The island is easy to get around by car (Waze worked perfectly). There were a few small things that needed repair which the owner was eager to know about so she could attend to them.

Winter Vacation

Wonderful property, well maintained. Pool area and beach area very entertaining for the 7 year old with us. Nice yard for adventuring and neighborhood was great for evening strolls. Do not miss Sunday Brunch at Ziggys!

Amazing stay

Everything from the trip planning with the owner to arriving at the house was by far the best experience I have had using VRBO. The house plus consistent kindness and responsiveness of the owner pushed the property over the top for my entire family. As long as we are renting on the island we will only come back here.

Awesome first trip!

We had the best trip! It was our first time here and this house was perfect. It was so clean and so well stocked! The view is so beautiful! Waking up every morning to that gorgeous blue water and enjoying the breeze every night. We snorkeled in front of the house a few times. We found conch and saw some fish. We also saw lots of sea turtles! We also had an iguana visit us by the pool! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house and this island to everyone!

Super Comfy Stay!

The space was very accommodating for 5 of us total. We really enjoyed the pool, private beach, and quiet location. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals. We felt close to restaurants and anything we needed. It was a pleasure staying here and would do so again. :)

Thoughtful, accomodating host

Due to a canceled flight, we got stuck in Puerto Rico and never made it to St. Croix. That said, Holly was such thoughtful, responsive host from the moment we booked our stay. She provided us with very clear details about the property as well as a wealth of information about the island. And then when our flight got canceled, Holly was thoughtful and supportive. She has set a high bar for other VRBO hosts!

Fantastic location - beautiful home!

This was a fantastic location and the owner and property manager were very responsive and informative. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was especially nice having 3 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. The pool was refreshing. The kitchen had a dishwasher, coffee maker and was well stocked for cooking your own breakfasts / dinners. My only "wish" was the the entire home had air conditioning. However, each bedroom did have their own air-conditioning units which helped for sleeping at night. The Wi-Fi service was a bit spotty (part of the deal on the island). Overall, I would highly recommend this home on the beach, especially the kind owner Holly and her quick responses and advice about the island. :-) Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise. :-)
