This property accommodated six of us…… And hands-down this was the best home anyone of us had ever stayed at. The view from all sides was extraordinary. The amenities, the general shape of the property… Was top-notch and we’ve already decided that we’re going to we’d back again. This is truly one of the best trips our family has ever had? We had five adults and a toddler. There was space enough for everybody to have privacy when they needed it and room to get together when we wanted. Thank you for helping us make fabulous memories!

Amazing Sea-side Villa - Pool- Privacy

This is our second visit to this property and once again it delivers. The pool is amazing, great views, private, and it provides the perfect refreshment on a hot Caribbean day. The furnishings of the house are excellent, full kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, great deck with covered seating in two areas to enjoy the sea breezes. Seamless back power generator in case the power goes out. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy St. Croix. You can sense the pride of ownership through out the property. Highly recommend, this is the perfect property for three couples or the family. All and all, this property is a home run.

AWESOME House

This house was awesome. The views were amazing and the amentities provided were top notch. There was not one thing we needed during our stay. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and I mean EVERYTHING, from beach towels, beach chairs, pool floating loungers, koozies, spices, trash bags, hand soap, extra blankets, pillows, bath towels, laundry detergent, I mean it had EVERYTHING, including all the kitchen necessities. The house was clean and in a very safe location. The pool was clean and refreshing and the views were spectacular. All the bedrooms have A/C units and the rest of the house opens up with a great brreze. The listing of this house was completely accuate. I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Amazing property in an amazing location!

This was the perfect spot for a family get together! First time in STX and couldn't have picked a better spot. Close to great beaches and landmarks as well as some great resteraunts. Property is immaculate and well furnished. Cooked half our meals in the beautiful kitchen. Pool was clean and bright with a great view. If you can, make time for Pelican Point!

Great home with amazing views!

Beautiful home on the East End. Great place for a family to spend time. Just wish the pool was heated so we could have used it more. Also, master bed was comfortable but the two other beds were very hard. Great suggestions from the host and we loved Duggans!

Island Paradise

Robin was a fantastic host. Every question was answered immediately and any minor problems that we had were solved within hours of expressing our concern. The house was well appointed with dishes, towels and other essentials. The view is heavenly and the ample decks gave us all plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the fantastic view.

Spectacular home, private pool, and great views.

We were beyond satisfied with our stay at Pelican Point on Teaques Bay. The home is very well cared for and reflects pride of ownership throughout. New furniture in the bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses contributed to a very relaxing vacation. Ceiling fans together with the Super quiet AC units allowed for us to set the perfect temperature for sleeping. The upstairs living room and kitchen were perfect with open concepts to the dining and living room from the kitchen. Outside seals the deal, great upper deck with two covered porticos with tables and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or night time star gazing, the stars at night are amazing. Downstairs additional living area and bedroom offered a cool respite on hot sunny days. All three bathrooms are in excellent condition and come supplied with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Finally the pool with its classic chaise lounge chairs, perfect laying out, and the crystal blue pool helped keep us cool when the August temperatures were high. Night time the pool includes mod setting string soft lights and warm light in to pool. This home has everything you need to make your time St. Croix special. Great views, solitude and comfortable surroundings. Perfect for three couples or a family. We can’t wait to come back.

The Real Deal

This was such a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked. I can't wait to come back. There is no guess work, no surprises. I can't say enough. Totally clean, great furniture, Awsome kitchen and I felted very safe. what you see is what you get and more. Awsome view from any part of the house.

Great place!

This place was a great big place. I enjoyed staying here. The only thing i would reccomend to be added is an AC unit in the living room. It does get pretty warm. Also possibly adding some blackout curtains in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The sun does come beaming in the room at sunrise. But overall a great place.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay with three couples. There was plenty of spaces for the couples to retreat to their own space or gather together. The kitchen had all the basics, the beach chairs were new and fantastic (Rio Brand) and easy to take out to the beach. Property manager was helpful with a late checkout.

Stunning View, Expansive Deck, and Fantastic Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed Pelican Point with its wonderful view and extra large pool. This home is also spacious, clean, and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen and plenty of room for guests. The whole-house generator was a bonus, as it took over seamlessly a couple times during a brief storm and when the power company shut down electricity for a few hours to make improvements to the powerlines along the road. It should also be noted that our host Robin was very helpful, pleasant, and quick to respond the few times we had questions or issues during our 7 week stay. We had the best time here, and would definitely recommend this property!

House needs some work

We had some problems with this place right away. They were addressed but overall this place was disappointing. The beds are very uncomfortable and the lower level has a lot of issues. The pool is great and the views are fantastic and the kitchen is great for cooking. The furniture overall is old and worn out and the amenities are pretty sparse. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our vacation very much but we had to overlook a lot of problems with the house.

Beautiful area

The house is really nice. The view is tough to beat. House had a few issues. One of the beds was broken. Had to prop it up with books. Towel bars and toilet paper holders were broken. Curtain rod in a bedroom fell down in the middle of the night. Just little things that should be taken care of with the price of the house. We came in January so the pool wasn’t useable. No way to heat it. The house is really nice though and the view is great. Just minor issues. Kitchen is well stocked . Would definitely stay here again. Pretty windy on the east side of the island but much nicer and more laid back than west side.

Great Rental Property

Stayed with family in house for 5 nights and had a great time. View was awesome and pool was great. Make sure to bring lite jackets for the evenings as the deck gets pretty windy. Also be aware that finding breakfast can be a challenge so stock up at the grocery store.

The property, location, view, amenities, and the owner were all superb! Would definitely return.

The property had everything we needed and more. The owner has truly thought of everything. The space provided opportunities to get away from everyone as well as places to come together collectively and easily. I took a swim in the pool most days during our visit. The caribbean breeze easily flows through the home constantly. My wife and I loved doing yoga on the wrap around deck while overlooking the beautiful bay. The home also provided our temporary sanctuary after returning from planned excursions (i.e. scuba, horse back riding, the beach, shopping, etc.). Bottomline, we loved it.
