The Island is magical. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The views throughout the condo were simply stunning. The large porches to listen to and watch the rolling waves never got old. Thank you David for being a tremendous host.

Condo is about halfway down the island, perfect distance to get most anywhere. The views were amazing, the condo was stunning and comfortable and so well stocked.. getting there was a little strange as you go through a neighborhood, but the property is gated and we always felt safe. I have stayed in many vrvos and this was by far one of the best! Pictures. Do not do it justice. The balcony views alone are so amazing that we spent hours out there.

Gorgeous condo!

The condo and location was wonderful. Condo equipped with everything we needed and only steps from the beach. Condo Manager and host were very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. We loved our stay and we looking to come back again!

Beautiful condo

Serenity by the Sea was stunning! The rooms were decorated with tropical pieces and art work. All the furniture was comfortable, and the beds in both bedrooms provided a good night’s sleep. Also, the air conditioning was so necessary. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We spent much time on the balconies with a fantastic view of the water. However, the beach was rocky and you couldn’t swim in the water here, but the pool provided swimming and wasn’t crowded. The host was available to answer our questions with communication easy. We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity by the Sea.

Awesome views

place was as described and was well stocked with things you may need during your stay. Property grounds were well kept and everyone we meet was nice. The views from the condo were great! Though the beach wasn't all that spectacular. Beach was a bit rocky and when the tide is out it's tough to swim right out front of the condo as the long reef is exposed, but there are plenty of close by beaches that are pure sand. Condo is located very close to town and attractions. Parking and going in and out of condo complex was easy. Owner has a lot of island info and directions for everything you may use in the condo. Place was very clean and check in was easy. Owner communicated well leading up to the stay and well we were there.

Serenity by the Sea

Liked the condo layout. Loved the upstairs bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We spent one afternoon just sitting on the Main Bedroom balcony...what a view!! The Property Manager was very accommodating. The reason for the 3 on cleanliness was because our son dropped something that went under the bed...he wouldn't go there because it was pretty bad, so he left it. Otherwise everything was very clean...so cleaning crews just need to clean "under" things, too. The property is very nice, with the pool close by and a beach to walk. Had a great time!

Great location, incredible snorkeling right outside the door

Visited for 10 days over the Christmas and New Years Holiday with our 15 and 17 year old boys. The location was excellent. Very peaceful and quiet but close to all of the action. We saw sting rays, exotic fish, and an Octopus snorkeling just 20 yards from the Condo door. Incredible!

Great View, Spacious Condo

The only negative things were that the lockbox code had changed and was not communicated to us so we couldn't get into the condo immediately. And the dishwasher doesn't work. It obviously didn't work before we arrived and that wasn't communicated either. We cooked a lot and really wanted a dishwasher. It stank of sewage. We didn't come straight from the airport and the address provided isn't the actual address so it took us on a bit of an adventure ... So GPS to Titan Gas and then follow the directions provided. The grill on the balcony was great, and the kitchen had about anything you can ask for. People left stuff including liquor they didn't drink and we contributed to the stash. The beds were pretty comfortable and we usually struggle with them. This was 2 couples and we didn't find the smaller room uncomfortable. For outdoor seating the master terrace has the best furniture. The downstairs terrace only has the dining table. Camp chairs are provided, not beach chairs. There is a huge cooler on wheels. AC was cold, but there are rolling blackouts and we lost power for several hours during a storm. Flashlights are provided and we just opened the windows and were thankful for a breeze. Pool area was nice. Didn't swim at the beach but the view was great. Nice central location to explore the island in both directions. Good grocery stores nearby and minutes into C'sted.

Loved this condo

We stayed at this condo from Sept 29 – Oct 7 2023 for 8 days. This was our 7th annual vacation in STX and our 3rd time at Pelican Cove. This is our first time at this condo and is by far our favorite condo yet. The view is one of the best on the island. We love the pool and hot tub here. We will be back in 2024. Everything about this condo is great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. We cooked on the grill on the patio every night. Beaches - Rainbow - usually on of the calmest beaches and soft white sand. Sand Castle - usually calm water, some big rocks at the shore line, but easy to get past them. Lots of little fish near the shoreline for snorkeling for those who don't want to go out far. Cramer Park - this is the main locals beach and very busy on weekends, but during the week you have it all to yourselves. They were in the process of building pavilions and installing BBQ grills. We took our own disposable grill and cooked right at the beach. Chenay Bay - mostly calm water, can park your car right at the beach. This is a hidden treasure, you must get to it from a road off of east end road and drive down a dirt (and bumpy) road to get there, but it's worth the bumpy drive. Can also cook right at the beach there. Cane Bay - great for experience snorkelers but can be very choppy. Hiking from Point Udall down to Jack and Isaac’s beach is fun too if you’re up to the hike. Take lots of cold water, freeze some of the bottles ahead of time.

Unbelievable views, gorgeous property

We’ve stayed many places on the beach/water and this was by far the most beautiful views we’ve ever experienced. The condo itself was very well decorated, well stocked and they provided so many nice extras (beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc.) We loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay on St Croix!

Everything we needed for a week ! Property has beautiful view!! Plenty of beach extras to use. Quiet community for plenty of relaxation. Really appreciated the awesome guidebook in the condo!!

The views are beautiful. Listening to the ocean waves come onto the beach at night is so peaceful. The house had everything we needed for a nice stay. On site property management brought us fresh eggs. We had an issue with a leak in the condo next / under us and folks were there to fix/repair right away.

Paradise!

This spot made it feel like we had our own private island! The balconies on this property were phenomenal. I stepped out of the master and watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning, and we ate all our meals on the downstairs balcony overlooking the palm trees and water. It felt so secluded--exactly what I was hoping for! And this condo has the best location on the property! It was clean, the A/Cs were wonderful, kitchen was stocked which made it so easy to make food. It really was a dream location for us. We didn't use the beach there for swimming, but rented a jeep and explored everyday. The centralized location of the property made it easy to get anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes. I really hope we get to come back here again! It was just my husband and me, but there was plenty of space if we bring our kids or share with other couples.

We loved staying at this condo! The views from our balcony were amazing! We loved going to the pool so nearby and our friend enjoyed snorkeling in front of the condo at the beach :-) We tried several different beaches, several different restaurants on the boardwalk and a sunset cruise:)

Great amenities and location - loved our stay

We just returned from our May 2023 stay at Serenity on the Sea. What a wonderful condo; one of the best VRBOs that I have stayed in -- up to date and very clean. Of course, the balconies and views are fantastic, but we also enjoyed the amenities in the condo -- some of them were just little touches like all of the hooks, closet shelves, and hangers in the second bedroom. I also appreciated all of the supplies available, such as laundry. Also liked all of the kitchenware - utensils, cookware, storage containers, dish towels, etc. They provided everything, and it sure was refreshing. The pool was great also; we used it quite a bit. Air conditioning, great. We didn't use the beach (even to sit out), and although we did walk over to the beach at the Palms (done easily by cutting across grass to gate and walking the pavement over), we didn't use that beach either. Easy drive to Christiansted, and only 5 miles to our favorite beach, Mermaid at the Buccaneer (due to the loungers for rent and free shade), where we went 3 different days. My 80-year-old mother really enjoyed the hand-painted murals and the decor throughout. Just very well done; exceeded expectations.

Spectacular Oceanfront Condo in Perfect Location

My husband and I loved this oceanfront unit. We have stayed in many vrbo rentals and this one is by far one of our favorites. Great location for quiet and relaxing vacation. We love to be able to see the ocean and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping on shore. So relaxing to wake up to the sunrise and sit on either of the 2 balconies overlooking the water while drinking our morning coffee or tea. The unit was fantastic with many amenities - we appreciated having washer/dryer in unit. bedrooms are upstairs and there are ceiling fans and A/C units if needed. Most of the time you won't need it as there is a wonderful breeze. Condos are thru gated entrance so very safe. Well maintained grounds and pool. Unit very clean and well stocked. Communication with host excellent. Had some games and puzzles we enjoyed using while there. We really enjoyed some snorkeling right at the beach in front out by the reef. Close to many places to eat and short drive into Christiansted. One night we ate right next door at the Palms and watched the Fire dance show. Very good! Being centrally located, was easy drive to either end of the island. Recommend some snorkeling on west end as well as east end hiking at Point Udall. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in paradise

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our trip to St. Croix. Centrally located, stunning view, friendly neighbors and staff, and the condo has everything you’ll need. Having a washer/dryer was super handy. Air conditioning was definitely a plus. And a beautiful pool area with a hot tub is within steps of the building. While we were there, we heard a few horror stories from other visitors we met across the island who showed up to unclean and unsafe properties. They were scrambling to move in the middle of their vacation, leaving us to feel even more blessed to stay here. The property is exactly as promised. Just as beautiful and bright, and although the view looks too much like a postcard to be true, it’s exactly what you’ll get. Everything was well kept and clean. we cooked a few meals while we were there and had everything we needed. It was extremely helpful to have beach towels and a cooler available. Check in was so simple. The property manager reached out prior to our trip to see if we had any questions; unfortunately, we were busy and I forgot to respond. When we showed up to the property I was afraid I wouldn’t have everything I needed to get in, but the directions and instructions they provide are spot on and we were able to get into the condo without any hiccups. Check out was just as simple. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. It really couldn’t have went more perfectly, and if we return to the island, we will definitely stay here again! One thing to note, they do have a small cart outside of the building at the bottom of the stairs. If you are bringing a lot of smaller bags from the parking lot, the cart could be useful. There are multiple buildings in this complex, and this building is closest to the beach. So you may have to walk another 5 to 10 yards, but the view is worth it! (And don’t let “multiple buildings” scare you away. It is a very intimate location, genuinely perfect.)

Very Relaxing

Updated condo on the ocean. The view was amazing, perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hours. Kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. Plenty of towels, and washer and dryer if needed. Not a great beach for swimming, we were told snorkeling is good. We enjoyed the pool daily, that was clean and relaxing. Location, while not close to anything specific, you are only 15-20 minutes from pretty much everything on the island, very centrally located.

Santa is in St Croix

We planned a great vacation with our family of five (3 college aged children) for the Christmas holiday. What a great choice. The property is a great location that makes exploring the island perfect. Our host was helpful and has a binder with everything you need to know (groceries, restaurants, beaches, etc.). It was an awesome experience. We sailed the Roseway, took Big Beard Adventures to Buck island twice (2nd time is 1/2 price), found a pretty church for Christmas Eve, and watched the sunrise at Point Udall Christmas morning with a memosas! Great time, great host, great property!
