The 50th Birth-A-Vesarry Bash

Wife and I for 6 days. Close friends with us for another 4 days. Central AC is amazing. Its not everywhere. House and neighborhood were beautiful.

Birthday Getaway

Our stay was STELLAR nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed the house for one week. The house was very spacious with all amenities plenty clean towels and cooking utensilsI loved that the host actually has the pool cleaned weekly. Enid was remarkable top tier service very helpful when in need with minor house issues she responsed in a timely manner and she recommended some hot spots on the Islands and they were loads of fun! Can't wait to visit the Islands again!

St Croix Retreat

Great spot in a gated community, spacious home in a quiet area that was in a great location to explore the island. Host met us at the airport and led us to the rental which was helpful in getting acclimated to driving on the left, finding the exact location and showing us the home and area. Beach is within walking distance but is rocky in that area. Grocery and restaurants just down the road. If you’re looking for a quiet place to call home while exploring all the island has to offer, this is a great spot.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

The check in process and property management was wonderful. My kids were in the pool every minute that we were at the property. Other than little things like having some pre-stocked spices and saying there was shampoo in the listing and there not being any, I can't complain.

Relaxing Quiet Getaway

Loved this quick long weekend stay. Chad and Lisa communicated with me from the get-go ensuring the check-in process was seamless. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone got a comfortable large bed and a private room. House lay out was perfect, pool was great. Having washer and dryer amazing. Having a stocked pantry very pleasant surprise . Clean and spacious we easily could have had a group of 10. Location was just outside of Christiansted in a gated community. Overall, I would recommend this house and our host Enid Francis 1000%. Let me not forget value, some of the rentals we looked at were crazy high prices. This was the most reasonable rental we looked at and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful and serene. A paradise

This place is truly amazing, beautiful, clean and well maintained. I’ve been at several vacation rental homes before. This has been one of the best vacation experiences. The host (Enid) was very helpful. It is very obvious that the owners of this property take great pride in it. On behalf of myself and my family, we enjoyed and appreciate.

Family Vacation

Checking in was extremely easy. Enid met us at the airport, and we followed her to the house. It is centrally located on the island so you can get to either the east coast or the west coast within 30 minutes. The community is gated and extremely quiet. Although there is no fence in the backyard, we never saw anyone when we were outside in the pool. Things that were available included: plenty of propane for the grill, two jugs for the water cooler, beach chairs, lounge chairs, pool toys, detergent for the washer, everything you need for the kitchen to include spices, board games and playing cards- they've thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Safe Central location to Explore

The concierge service with Enid was so lovely, such a great welcome at the airport. The gated community was clean, safe and beautiful. The house was spaceious and the A/C definatrly kept us cool. The pool wasn't exactly as pictured and we would have loved 6 more beach chairs to use BUT the beach towels, the large hard cooler and the W&D with detergent were very much appreciated. Thank you for having us!

Great Location

Loved our stay at Judith's Fancy. The morning walks were my favorite part of the whole trip! The property is centrally located to all parts of the island and believe me, you will want to explore the whole thing. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. The house is as advertised. The only downside is that the 3 bedrooms other than the Master are very small. We made it work, didn't need to spend much time in there because the rest of the house had many lounge areas. Highly recommend this spot!

Excellent space. Everything was just as shown and described. Never needed to contact the manager as everything was perfect. Located in a gated private neighborhood and close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and beaches. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet safe and spacious getaway

We loved staying at this property while visiting family on St. Croix! It was an extremely convenient location just a short drive from Christiansted. Our kids loved swimming in the pool every day and the neighborhood is safe and quiet, perfect for daily walks/runs. We took a short walk to the top of an adjacent road to watch the sunrise and the views were incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved being able to do laundry. Ali was wonderful at check in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Cool house

We had a great stay. We had 6 adults, and plenty of room. The pool is amazing and glad it was in a gated community. Had a little trouble with air conditioning, was made aware of the problem and they had portable units to keep us cool. They were just waiting to get the units to replace the air. Very responsive. Would love to come back again

Winter vacay 2023

Great location. Well equipped. Just minutes to drive to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Had a problem with the air conditioner which was taken care of very promptly. The manager was great about recommending must see beaches and events. We don’t usually repeat vacation sites but we would do this again!

Nice interior

Exterior could use some work. The pool is not privately secluded with foliage as described. The backyard is completely open and neighbors can see everything, at only a stones throw away. Check in staff who met us at the airport was friendly, master bedroom was nice, pictures are somewhat deceiving.

Most Enjoyable Getaway Home away from home

From the initial booking of the Villa to the moment we got back to the USA was a professional and smooth sailing experience. Thanks to Chad and Lisa, each Villa has brought a peace of serenity on each visit. The properties are gated and high end communities which give you the feeling of comfort and security. It was kept very clean and well equipped. All you need is your clothes and very little groceries. From the view and the warm swimming pool, it gives you the feeling of your own personal Island home . The Villa is mid island and only a few miles from the grocery store, the beaches, restaurants and shops. We will continue booking Serenity Vacation Villas once visiting the US Virgin Island.

Comfortable and spacious

Every piece of the property was kept in good condition and was very pleasant to stay! We felt right at home, with the added luxury of the pool, the patio and spacious interior! The kitchen was fully furnished and the bedrooms were super accommodating . Management for the property was readily available when needed which kept us feeling secure and cared for, especially by Keke and Lisa. Thank you- we WILL revisit using this location again soon!
