Great rental - wonderful location, everything was exactly as described and pictured online. Very comfortable beds, all the appliances worked perfectly, everything was updated and clean. The hosts left nice welcoming elements in the condo (ingredients for a typical Cruzan drink, sunscreen). We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the hot tub, the beach-related amenities (towels, beach chairs, toys), and this rental was a great location for branching out to experience the history, culture, and nature of St. Croix! We ate almost every meal on the balcony, enjoying the lovely ocean view. Thank you!

Was a great place to relax and unwind in a beautiful tropical setting listening to the waves and looking out at the palm lined beach. The condo was lovely and well appointed and clean. The pool was amazingly clean and water was clear (something rare in the tropical heat). It was refreshing and was a great place to read or to socialize. Friendly island with many possibilities for daily outings. Clear waters and many beaches for snorkeling and diving. Great history and flowers at the botanical gardens. Yummy restaurants in Christiansted , on the beach, or along the roads. Phil and Mary sent us great discription of their place and the island opportunities and places to eat. They responded quickly to any questions I had both before and during our trip. We would rent from them again.

Second visit to STX and Changes in L’Attitude!

My family of five with 3 girls had another amazing visit to the island of STX. Communication with the host/owner was very timely and friendly. The unit we have stayed now twice has all the amenities you require plus several extras to keep everyone of all ages entertained. Be advised it is on the 3rd floor with no elevators.The property in general is well kept but showing its age. The beach is very close which is a must for us. It is sargassum season so the usability of the beach this trip was hindered. The best part of visiting STX is to “beach hop” and there are several of the worlds most beautiful beaches all within a short 20 min drive all which lack the sargassum. Try beaches that are on the northwest and western side of the island.Our favorites are: Mermaid Beach(part of the Buccaneer resort, Cane Bay and Rainbow. *Sandy point if you visit during the correct season. The best value we found for groceries was Cost U Less. However Food Town (closest) has anything you would need (at a cost…)Restaurants are nearby but were not suitable for my children’s picky palettes. AMA, Rhythms, Mermaid Cafe, The Landing and Caroline’s are all crowd pleasers as was Duggan’s Reef.Again, Phil is a great, responsive host and the property and unit, while aging, have everything you could want/need. If you’re really visiting STX to stay in your condo the entire trip, you’re doing it wrong in my opinion. This island is meant to be explored. Thank you to the Wolfs!

Beautiful Family Vacation

This condo is unbelievable. The pictures do not do it justice. It's huge! The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is completely updated and well equipped. Both bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable furnishings. The location is perfect. It's close to Christensted and only a 25 minute drive to Fredericksted and other beaches. The owners are amazing to work with. They answered all of our questions and then some. They gave us great recommendations which made our stay even more amazing.

Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this condo for Spring Break with our three kids. We had more than enough room for everyone to find some personal space after long days of sightseeing. We loved the rustic beach and spent many hours at the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us; we'll be back!

St. Croix Getaway

Mary and Phil were extraordinary hosts, and their property is perfection! The condo unit itself was lovely, and exactly as pictured and described. Mary and Phil provided every possible item we could need, including coolers, bags and beach chairs, not to mention every kitchen utensil and gadget you could imagine. Everything was very thoughtful; Mary and Phil provided a very helpful note about the property as well as things to do in St. Croix, and their recommendations were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their condo and on the beautiful island of St. Croix, and highly recommend this unit and these hosts!

Great location

Just a 12 minute drive to Christainsted. Myself, my husband and 3 kids(14-16 years old) stayed at the condo. Perfect accommodations for us. We ate at Shupe’s, The Mill, Brew STX, the Chicken Shack, Nate’s Boathouse and Cream & Co for ice cream. We hiked to Jack’s Bay (super chill beach), and snorkeled at Issac’s Bay. We also went to Rainbow Beach, Sand Castle beach, and Cane’s Bay. We did try snorkeling at Fredericksted’s Pier. We liked the St. Croix market best for groceries but went to Food Town too. Excellent vacation! Thanks.

The unit had EVERYTHING we needed, it was clean, well updated. Perfect location, with a reef to snorkel to right off the beach. Safe, gated condo community. Could not have been a better stay!

Extended stay

We’ve been coming to St. Croix and staying in Pelican Cove Condos for 2 months every year for the past 4 years. This was by far the nicest, cleanest condo we’ve stayed in yet. We couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Everything we needed was provided, and in perfect order. The owners were always available to answer questions and were very considerate and responded promptly. Pelican Cove is our favorite place to stay, and when we return to the island this is the condo we’ll want to stay in, hands down! Thank you to the Wolfs for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful place!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We brought our kids for the first time to VI and we loved the stay here, right on the beach, well manicured, and wonderful condo. Everything you can ask for was in that kitchen and organized, as a mom this is amazing! We loved how close the boardwalk was to our location and how prompt the hosts were to our communication of the island. We will be back!

Piece of Paradise

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay Changes in L'Attitude. Photos accurately depicted condo. Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a few bottles of Cruzan rum for us to sample. I loved the convenience of coolers, beach chairs and beach towels already in the condo for use during our stay. Balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffees or evening beverages. Location was central to any day trip on the island and only a few minutes to the Christiansted Pier. Titan Service Station/Mini Mart at entrance to neighborhood has great banana bread and good local beer selection with friendly staff. Also the beach (not really suitable for swimming) is only a few steps away, has one of the best views on the island and is a great place to relax and read a book. Thanks to the Wolf Family for sharing this paradise with us!

Stayed for a week with my adult son and his gf. The condo and grounds are beautiful. Ocean views while sitting on the balcony with my coffee. The pool is large and clean. Everything was as described. Plenty of beach towels too. St Croix is a beautiful island and it was super easy to find the condo and get settled in.

Spring get away

This was our second year at this condo. We love the location being central and it's nice to stay at the beach at Pelican Cove or drop in the resturant during the day or for dinner. Condo has everything you need. Owners are great with communication. Very nice stay!

Wonderful beach, pool, condo at Pelican Cove

We had a fantastic stay while on St Croix due to the great location of this condo, helpful information from the hosts, perfect weather, amazing snorkling, and many kindnesses from residents of the island. The condo was spotless on arrival, nicely furnished, and had very comfortable beds. Its location allowed an easy drive to both the east and west ends of St Croix. The ocean view from deck was beautiful. Thank you Phil and Mary for a lovely place to stay!
