Staff were polite and helpful but the property is just not in very good shape. Floors and furniture are worn, walls and ceilings are peeling, fixtures are in poor shape, etc. Because of the poor condition, it was difficult to tell how clean it really was. If you get a rate way below others in the area, it might be worth staying here if you can look past that. Otherwise, I’d pay a little more to stay somewhere that’s in better shape.

This is very old or property, specially the hallway to rooms, not so clean and dilapidated floors inside the elevator, breakfast is just to say we served because no choice and spoiled banana and apples.

No water drinking water in the room. The toilet runs nonstop. The bed however was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Not a fan of all the dogs in the hotel. Just don't like sleeping behind dogs.

Comfort Inn needs to purchase new pillows. One beds was broken, the door looked like someone tried to break in and the hair dryer didn't work.

I stay here a lot and have not been disappointed. I've tried a few other options around the area when no rooms were available and I've always come back to the Comfort Inn - it is indeed a comfortable, well located and well priced option for Blacksburg.
