The closeness to everything and a quiet street. Had a lovely friendly cleaning lady who always cheerful and welcoming. Could have a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels etc.

This property was fantastic. Great location, room was clean, new decorand very comfortable. The only negative i can find is that the cleaning staff left big bundles of laundry in the foyer each day which did take away from the lovely look & feel of the place

Great place to stay. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Great value for money as it feels wow luxuriousand definitelya cut above other places for the same price. Beware of parking though as on the street its only possible to park for 2 hrs and there is very limited parking in the carpark.

Ok mais sans plus
C'est pas vraiment un hotel mais plutôt un AirBnB. Il n'y a personne sur place et tout ce passe par mail ou tel. Pour entrer dans le bâtiment et la chambre vous recevez un code. La communication par mail ne fonctionne pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de reponse lorsque vous posez une question. Les chambres sont petites. Très peu de place pour ouvrir les valises et pendre des vêtements. Le parking gratuit.... il y a 2 places à l'arrière du bâtiment pour 18 units et une place pour handicapés. Les places à l'arrière sont EXTRÊMEMENT étroites. Dans la rue un côté est limité à 120min. de parking et l'autre côté n'a pas de limite. Les deux côtés sont presque toujours pleins. Vous êtes à environ 20min. du centre.

So modern, clean, cosy and quiet! Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Perfect for our one night stay but could easily have served as a great base for multiple nights. Would definitely choose to stay here again! Loved the convenience of having an access code and not having to worry about timing of arrival.

Lack of on site parking is a bit of a deal breaker. 2 parks at back of motel then street parking that was always full.

Tiny room and bad layout - almost impossible to store suitcases and avoid banging into things Only three car parks and one side of the street 120 mins Very noisy - guests banging doors, using toilet & shower upstairs clearly audible and cleaner banging around at 7am Avoid if possible !!!

Room nice and modern, with everything one needs. Good heating. Very quiet. Don't use the onsite parking if your reversing skills are not excellent, can be a mission to get out.

Its a cool place to stay just a walk to CBD , easy walk to restaurants. I love the place clean and beautiful ambience. No fuss entry. Would definitely recommend.

It felt modern and fairly new facilities which was great. We called to book an early check-in and was told the access code would arrive in time for the early check-in but instead we did not and I had to call up to retrieve it. There were also ants in the room which for a one night stay is not bad but any longer and everything would’ve been covered in ants.

The property is in a great location to explore Christchurch, wether walking or by Uber. The lack of any desk staff for help is a negative.

We have stayed at this property in the past, a few times before. Easy location and clean property. This time we were located on the ground floor, sadly the room above was playing loud music all night long. The ceiling was vibrating and the sound/s were playing thought the room (The property does not have staff on site and no one answered the phone when we tried to call) very disappointing this time around. Will reconsider other options next visit.

We had smokers sit directly below the air vent for our room so in the early morning we were effectively 2nd hand smoking in Room4 until we asked them to move. So some more signage is required
