The Space:

This heritage cottage has been updated while keeping its original character. The interiors are warm and comfortable, with modern furnishings, soft lighting, and a practical layout. Like most older homes, there are a few quirks, but everything is well maintained for a pleasant stay.



The home has three bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality bedding, suitable for up to five guests. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living area is easy to use, with enough space to cook, eat, and relax. The lounge includes comfortable seating and a TV for quiet evenings in.



A private outdoor area with a hot tub is available, enclosed and well lit for easy use and a quiet place to unwind.

Richmond is a residential suburb in the east of Christchurch, known for its quiet streets and local feel. It’s a relaxed area with a mix of homes, parks, and everyday amenities.



There are nearby shops, cafes, and green spaces, making it easy to get what you need or spend time outdoors. The suburb offers a peaceful setting while still being close to the city centre, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Please park only in the two free designated spots. The neighbours on this quiet street are quick to report incorrectly parked vehicles, and towing is strictly enforced.
