New Forest Guest Suite, Dog Friendly and with Private Garden

Enjoy the private use of our dog friendly guest suite situated in a charming village on the edge of the New Forest. The spacious accommodation includes private living space including walled garden, master bedroom suite and complimentary continental breakfast.

We are situated within a short walk of a number of charming local pubs and a short drive to the harbour and beaches. This is a great location to explore the New Forest, Christchurch Harbour, Bournemouth beaches and Purbecks!

The Living Space

Your private entrance leads to an enclosed and secluded garden space with a paved patio. We offer lockable storage for bikes or scooters including a three pin charging point.

This is a spacious room with comfortable recliner seats, Smart TV (with NETFLIX and the usual Freely channels as well as some Ondemand channels), a large library of books, DVDs, a vintage record player with a selection of LPs, board games, bar with mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle and selection of glasses. There are also a couple of guitars for those that like to strum a tune.

Stairs lead up to your large master bedroom suite which features a king size bed, Smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe and enjoys a lovely treeline outlook. There is a modern ensuite shower room with complimentary shampoo and soap.

Please note that this is not self-catering accommodation as there isn't a kitchen but we do offer a complimentary continental style breakfast.

There are a number of local country pubs within easy walking distance and offer great food for other times of the day.

You will have access to our courtyard for parking, as well as private access to a garden, living space and master bedroom suite.

The Location

We are set in a charming small Hampshire village on the edge of the New Forest. The village has a wonderful collection of historic buildings including the 11th Century All Saints Parish Church, a Victorian Mill, many lovely walks and a number of country pubs including The Wool Pack which is a couple of minutes walk away (closed for refurbishment until mid-June 26).

We are perfectly situated for exploring the New Forest with the National Park just 5 minutes drive away. The historic harbour town of Christchurch is about 6 minutes drive away. The amazing beaches of Bournemouth is around 15 minutes drive and the wonderful Jurassic Coast is less than an hour's drive away.

During Your Stay

Your accommodation is separate to the rest of The Old Barn, however, we live next door and will be available to help with anything you may need. There are no other guests and so this is a quiet setting.

Smoking of any type or vaping is NOT permitted indoors, please use the garden.

The accommodation is for a maximum of two guests, visitors are NOT permitted.

Please do not leave your dog unattended. Please do not allow your dog in the bedroom.
