Fendalton Villa needs TLC
Beautiful property but Old and Needing Maintenance. Power went out in kitchen, couldn't find circuit board/fuses. Toilet in master bath quit working, plumber had to be called. Lamp on wall above bed inoperative and loose. Light above sink in master bath is out. Property needs attention before I would recommend. Shame, great location with potential.

Lovely character home
House was clean & well maintained, nice quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication & Sandy(property manager) was lovely & great to deal with. We enjoyed our stay in this home & good central location in Christchurch.

Beautiful villa
Just enjoyed 6 nights at this lovely property. Everything about it was first class. Great location & easily able to walk into the city through the park. Would love to stay again.
