Do NOT book this house
THIS IS A SCAM. We booked months in advance, and had been given confirmation and entry code, but then the code was inaccurate when we arrived. The message we got was that our booking was not on their calendar, and our money was partially refunded. We were left without a place to stay, and I had to contact VRBO eight times to get my funds returned in full.

Great Location
Great location opposite Hagley Park and easy walk to central city. Check-in was frustrating as we were sent incorrect lock combination and had to walk to Riccarton mall to access free wifi to contact the agent, as we are from Australia and dont use mobile roaming. Apartment was spacious and very clean, comfortable and trendy. Only negative is parking - difficult to get park close by at times.

Easy Rental in Riccarton
Property was like new condition. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I didn't like was parking around the area, and small walk to property once parked, ie no onsite park.

Riccarton road apartments
The biggest down side to this apartment was having to temporarily park the opposite side of a very busy road to get in. The car had to be parked for the night well away from the apartment. It was a busy intersection which was interesting but no air-conditioning in the bedroom meant the windows had to be open and alot of noise all night. Otherwise the apartment was clean and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.
