Lovely home!!!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in Christchurch! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well provisioned. The location worked well with a grocery store within walking distance and quick access to central Christchurch. We would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place decorated with good taste...an italian palazzo look a like with an interior garden. Great comfy beds, quiet and cozy. Will definetly book again when visiting Christchurch.

space and comfort
we loved the size and space of the house. There were plenty of kitchen staples available, as well as a large array of crockery and cutlery. The bathrooms were of a good size, and the downstairs WC was a bonus. Rooms were warm, beds very cosy. The furnishings were a delight - wherever we looked we would find something new to remark on. Our grandson loved running around outside in the back yard - heaps of space here. Basic but easy to use laundry. Plenty of seating in both dining and lounge areas. The only negatives, if you could call them that, was the driveway and garage - they are quite narrow to negotiate - especially given people across the road park on the road which makes it hard to reverse into the driveway. As we had a rental car we felt we should park in the garage - otherwise we would have used the second driveway. And we couldn't figure out the TV lol. But these were the only (and very minor) hiccups in the whole stay. We would definitely book again should we return to Chch. PS great communication from the owner :)

Lovely Red House
Absolute perfect place either for relaxation or work.When we arrived it was so warm and welcoming and the house was spotless. The house is very eclectic and the decor is fabulous.The house is close to a great supermarket and the bus stops are just around the corner so a vechile is not needed.The outdoor area is really spacious and the property is very quiet and secure.The host was very easy to communicate with and the little extra touches were so appreciated. We would definitively love to stay again and will certainly recommend this property to others.Thank you for letting us share this fabulous home.

Fantastic stay in Richmond.
This accom was was great for 2 couples. Bedrooms are upstairs but even with a dodgy knee I had no problems. decor was a little different but added to the charm. Beds and pillows very comfy and we had everything we needed. Easy to get to shops and Christchurch city centre. Thank you Danielle. Del, Brad,Jo and Al Perth WA

Christchurch weekend
I’m an ex Christchurch girl hence it was lovely to stay in an area I didn’t know in such a beautifully built and decorated home. It was easy to get around from this centrist location and we had everything we needed to come home to We will stay again (p.s loved the lamp shades 😊)

Beautiful property
This house is adorable. Well equipped, plus that bath is to die for. Photos don't do it justice. It is a 3min walk to the supermarket which is super handy as I flew to Christchurch.

Wonderfully kitch.
Super tidy, very quirky decor, great communication from the owner, great places to eat just around the corner, all in all a fabulous place to stay. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you like something a little different... No doubt you will have seen the photos before reading the reviews. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Loverly full house and all amenities.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was also walking distance to the Richmond Club, Supermarket and shops. Easy access to the city.

The Red House
This a pleasant place for a visit to Christchurch. The owner has taken care to provide not only the essentials for a visit but more. There is plenty of room; we appreciated the connection with one of the adjacent properties where our other family members stayed and the younger members made great use of the grassed area. The decor is not minimialist and will not please everyone but gives the house character, My only concern is that an email to the owner asking for clarifcation on the price when we altered the number of nights has not yet been answered.

Quaint, fun house.
We loved our stay in this cottage. It had loads of character and was immaculately clean, also had every facility you could wish for. The beds were extremely comfortable, excellent showers, washing and drying facilities and a lovely outdoors area to sit in the sun. Danielle has gone to a lot of effort decorating this house with an amazing Hollywood, Audrey Hepburn, Parisian theme and it works. Everywhere you look something interesting is on display. The 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms were excellent. We would recommend this house too everyone and it is also very central with New World just around the corner. Thanks Danielle you made our time in Christchurch even better than expected.

Gorgeous house close to city centre
Amazing house with big back garden in quiet street. Has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Loved the treasures and artwork which really add character! Great, clear communication from Danielle the lovely owner. Just around the corner from a great supermarket, and there are a few other shops/food outlets at the end of the street. Easy to catch a bus into the CBD, or only a few minutes to drive. We loved our stay and can highly recommend this property.

Lives up to its description
Very comfortable home with a large garden and a fun decorative flair. Really appreciated all the little extras - fresh milk, teas, coffee, condiments. Close to a good grocery. Nice walk into centre of city along the river.

Marvelous modern comforts
These accommodations look historic from the outside, but the inside is the very latest in comfort and convenience. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. We COOKED our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the patio and back yard, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The New World Market is a three minute walk. We walked into town, enjoyed the Tram, the punting on the Avon, and the Canterbury Museum. We will definitely book here again, if travel plans allow!
