"We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to so many places in the central downtown area - tons of great restaurants nearby. The parking was easy and very convenient - inside parking garage parking spot. The building is new and the apartment is modern and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a clothes washer and separate dryer. We were there in the winter and the heating worked well. The host was great at communicating. ...

"That was a little bit confused when located the lockbox as there are quite a few lockboxes around. Maybe a photo of the lockbox would be helpful and more convenience. I think the room can be cleaned a bit better. The dinning table, the chairs had some stains, dried sauces mark when I checked in. I would have to clean them again. Location wise, it is close to everything, all within a short walk. Thumbs up. I will recommend. It was overall a pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed our weekend here. The apartment is quiet, roomy, well equipped and everything clean and tidy. Right next door to the bus interchange and also very walkable for local attractions, bars and restaurants. We had a nice supper at the Spartan Greek restaurant on Colombo St. and Riverside Market has every global cuisine you could ever want!"

"Great location and has its own car park. However the blind in the bedroom is not good enough to block the lights from the outside during the night. Also a bit noisy at nighttime due to poor sound proof. The kettle is not functioning properly needs to be replaced."

"Beautiful & clean property will all amenities one might need. I loved the coffee machine & the stunning views of Hagley park. Great location at centre of town. No allocated parking but I had no trouble getting parking right outside the property each day. Only downside is that the property is on the 3rd floor with no lift option. I struggled a bit carrying my luggage up and down, but it was worth the trouble as the accommodation was beyond stunning. And I look forward to staying here in my future...
