"Our stay was fine and the home was comfortable, very clean and tidy. We did not use the facilities in the holiday park but many others staying nearby seemed to be having fun, especially families with children. We enjoyed the use of the porch very much each evening after spending time in Barton on Sea with our friend. Alison was an excellent host who helped us with several matters. "We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!"
