"Super cute little place, very clean, and love how the large trees create so much shade. There are two docks to fish off and kayaks to put in the water. The couch is super comfy and so was the master bed we stayed in. The only thing I'd say, which is absolutely not the host's responsibility, is the road to get there is not taken care of and very bumpy, our SUV was fine but consider not taking a low sitting car. "

"My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season."

"We were in Caldwell for a family members wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group. The home was comfortable and cozy. The location was a bit out of town, but it was still convenient and so beautiful and peaceful. We all said we slept like babies!"

"We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. "We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with new equipment and the snacks were a nice treat. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. The backyard was really nice, even though it was too hot to hang out and enjoy it. We enjoyed seeing the deer too! It was an easy drive into College Station and I would stay here again for a football weekend or other event. A couple minor things to improve the stay would be...
