"I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful and very pleasant. One thing I especially liked was the coffee machine available for guests. You can make cappuccinos, hot chocolate, coffee, and several other drinks, which was such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down can be a little difficult. I also want to give a...

"It was horrendous. I paid for a room with a window. The window was in a basement room looking into a wall. That wasn’t the worst part. It smelled so bad, I had to use my perfume to try and disguise the smell which it didn’t. Then I realised I had a manhole in my shower which is probably where the smell came from. The bed was hardly made. When I left the covers I couldn’t tell if the bed was clean or made as it wasn’t done properly. I complaint to the front desk and asked to change rooms. When...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay, truly outstanding service! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Check-in was super quick, and since our room was already ready, they let us go in early, which was such a great start to our trip! The location is fantastic, the room was spotless, and the...

"Very good room. Good pricing. Breakfast included quite average but worth visiting if the hotel is in the right place for your needs. "
