This home fits our family of 7 with room to spare. Having the pool after a long day of fishing was relaxing and cooling especially for the kiddos. Be prepared to scoop crabs out of the pool! "Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

"The place we stayed in Naples was god. The unit is in a resort-complex that was once a high-end facility with numerous amenities. It does show it's age. The pool is exceptionally large and beautiful. The units were located a 10 minute drive from 2 national/state parks where we saw manatees and a variety of native birds. Overall, it was a good deal for the price."

"Clean and modern, plenty of supplies and especially towels. So quiet after 9 pm, slept wonderfully. The canal access allowed us to rent a boat for the week tied up out front. The only complaint would be that the bicycles are unusable. This neighborhood is wonderful for bikes, to and from the restaurants."
