"I stayed in a twin room with private bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable and even came with built in wardrobe. The hosts are wonderful and made breakfast in the morning. It's a peaceful place with a 3rd floor terrace that has a beautiful view of the city. Felt very safe here and loved interacting with the host family."

"Very nice hotel and room. We stayed in a few different hotels around Kathmandu and this is by far the best one yet. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by the friendly workers and owner. Throughout our stay anything we needed was sorted asap. The room itself is very big, enough for 3 adults comfortably (we were only 2). "Wonderful, attentive staff, and great location in a fascinating part of the city. Only challenge for me is that I’m 6 feet tall and could not stand up fully in the room due to low ceiling. I did not mind and still enjoyed my stay "

"Quaint, traditional Nepali architecture. The room was comfortable, but with a very low ceiling and entry ways, watch/ “mind your head”. I'm 5ft. 7 inches tall, and had 1-2 inches to spare inside the room. Very clean, modern bath with shower. Strong wi-fia ailable Excellent breakfast invailable. Drawback: congested, even dangerous walking to temple area on broken roadway, no sidewalk."

"Staying at Pradhan House is like being at home. The rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean, The location is just off Dattatraya Square, so within walking distance of all the sites. The family are so welcoming and the breakfast is amazing - filling you up for the day sightseeing. Definitely a great base and highly recommended "

"Good guest house in Bhaktapur Durbar Square area. Excellent location, right in the middle of all action in Durbar Square. Restaurants, cafes, shops, museums all around. Ok breakfast, wifi in the room was pretty weak but worked well in the lobby. Nicely decorated, calm atmosphere, clean. Hot shower! Some noise from the street, but that's usually the case with any hotel in Nepal. Nice view from the roof terrace. Very good value for the money, I would highly recommend Kumari Guest House for a visit...

"This homestay provides comfy beds, fresh bathroom and a kind family. But, they are a bit confusing, don't know when you are coming, forget things you have decide etc. Although they helped us book a bus to Pokhara, and that worked out fine."
