First class accommodation

Very comfortable cottage which is conveniently placed in pretty Chipping Camden where there is a wealth of cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as a delightful deli and bakery. A great places to base ourselves for our winter break in the Cotswolds. The accommodation was warm and spotlessly clean and we are already planning a return visit and recommending it to close friends for their spring break too.

Beautiful Cottage

Garth Cottage was a beautiful, well appointed cottage in a fab location, within easy distance of lots of lovely independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully presented with a lovely kitchen and super comfy beds. Would definitely stay again! Great location, we loved our stay!

Summer Stay

We stayed at Garth Cottage as a family of three and couldn’t be happier. The big kitchen and large beds as well as the lovely decoration and furnishings made us feel at home from the start. This was easily on of the best accommodations we stayed in so far also thanks to Bex who was a lovely host.

Perfect

The house itself has been beautifully decorated throughout, with seasonal touches that make you really feel at home. The location is excellent: close enough to the high street but not busy, and the parking is a massive bonus. Communication with the owner was really easy; Bex was always quick to respond to any questions, and always very helpful. We all had an amazing stay, and could definitely see ourselves returning one day.

Cotswold week

We stayed at Garth Cottage for a week with our dog Teddy. My son and his wife came to stay for the weekend from London. The cottage was beautifully proportioned for 2 couples to stay and the configuration of the bathrooms was perfect? The standard of the cottage was superb and we found it a great launch pad for looking around the Cotswolds. It was also very handily placed for the Centre of Chipping Campden. All in all we could not have been happier with our very comfortable stay!

A beautiful cottage in a perfect location

Garth Cottage was a real treat to stay in. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy to stay in. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and it is in a perfect location. We only had 3 nights and we didn't want to leave. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

Garth Cottage

Garth Cottage is superb we couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. Location is fab too. We have stayed in many cottages in chipping campden over the past few years but Garth Cottage exceeded our expectations! The dogs enjoyed it too. Great communication from the owner too. Thanks so much we can’t wait to come back soon!

Magical Christmas Stay

We booked Garth Cottage for a long weekend Christmas break in the Cotswolds and were not disappointed. The Cottage is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. Everything you could possibly need was provided for, even an absolutely beautiful Christmas tree and decorations, which was the icing on the cake. On booking we requested any feather furnishings to be removed, due to allergies, which was done by the owner and was greatly appreciated. The beds and pillows are so very comfortable and the private parking space is a great asset in Chipping Camden. We can't wait to rebook for next year! All in all a perfect stay. Thank you.

A delightful cottage

We always enjoy staying in Chipping Campden - the location in the heart of the Cotswolds is perfect for walking and visiting local villages / small towns Garth Cottage is situated perfectly , a 2 minute walk to the heart of the village with the bonus of a car parking bay The cottage has all the facilities that we require - housekeeping standards were excellent What’s not to like ?

The most perfect honeymoon

We had such a wonderful stay at Garth Cottage. It was perfect in every way and felt like a real treat! The owner, knew it was our honeymoon and left us a beautiful handwritten card and some delicious bits to enjoy during our stay which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The cottage is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. Bex has thought of everything to make it feel so homely. After a very busy few days, the cottage was the perfect place to unwind in and staying just off of the high street was brilliant as it meant we could pop in and out without having to drive anywhere. We will definitely be visiting again!

What a beautiful cottage

First time visiting the Cotswolds and wow I’m so glad I found this cottage. The attention to detail in each room was amazing, the cottage was so cosy and the decor was beautiful! Very pleased I found this cottage and love that it is dog friendly. Location is also great and the village is lovely! Had the best week away with my boyfriend and 2 dogs. Would recommend to anyone - amazing The host was also very responsive if I had any queries whilst on the stay. Thank you!

The best cottage we have stayed in!

Wow!..Garth Cottage truly is a wonderful property and was the perfect home from home stay for our little family. It has been renovated to a high standard, with every thing we needed during our stay. The attention to detail is beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, the garden nice and private, ideal off road parking, and everything you need in the kitchen. Chipping Campden was the ideal base to explore the best of the Cotswolds. Access to the cottage was easy and the communication and updates from Stay Cotswolds was great! We will definitely use Stay Cotswolds again Thank you for the perfect stay!

Idyllic Cottage great location

Wow! This is a real beauty of a cottage spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Decoration of the house is stunning and the beds are the best I’ve ever slept on! I could easily have moved in! Loved the garden too and lovely garden furniture. Fantastic location just off the high street and great shops, restaurants (highly recommend the Mediterranean and Italian) and pubs on doorstep. Easy to get to other places from this base. Loved every minute of our stay. We will be back.

A fantastic property for our short stay in the Cotswolds

Perfect in every aspect. Couldn't fault Garth Cottage. A convenient location for the town centre of Chipping Campden. Bex was an excellent host. Good communication The property is so well appointed. It has everything you need. WiFi has a strong signal. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Very comfy, good sized beds The rear garden area is a great chill out area for a bbq etc Highly recommended and we will be back again!!

A PERFECT 10!

This property is absolutely fantastic in every way! Bex, the owner has thought of everything. The house is immaculate and so beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the family room is very comfortable to chill out in after a long day of sightseeing and the backyard is so cute and perfect for happy hour or your morning coffee. And, the location to town is spot on. Maybe a 5 minutes walk from the front door and you will be on the main street for groceries, restaurants and beautiful walks around a gorgeous town. I couldn't recommend this place more. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I will be recommending this place to all my US friends when in the Cotswolds.

Perfect Weekend Away

StayCotswoldLtd were perfect to deal with. They were very helpful by phone and digitally kept me up to date with all the relevant information on the run up to our weekend stay with friends at the beautiful Garth Cottage in Chipping Campden. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The rooms were ideally arranged for two couples to share and still have privacy. Each space was beautifully decorated. The kitchen diner was lovely with all the appliances you could need. Cosy lounge with log burner. Extremely comfortable beds, gorgeous linens and spacious en-suites. Even a sweet little bed for our dog. Thank you to the owners for leaving us a delicious welcome gift. We all commented on how much consideration had been put into the design of the cottage. We felt very much at home. Have already recommended the cottage and Stay Cotswold Ltd to friends and family and will stay again.

Beautiful Cotswold cottage, ideally located in a picture perfect village

The cottage is stylishly decorated to the highest standard, with high end fixtures and fittings. The owners have clearly thought about their guest comfort and all your needs are catered for. The beds are huge and supremely comfortable and the bathrooms are straight out of a magazine. You feel as if you are the first guests. The location in Chipping Campden is fantastic. It is a 2 minute stroll to the picturesque high street, that is clustered with boutiques, tea rooms and restaurants- not a chain store in sight ( only the Co-op). We stayed for a week and did not need to leave the village. Local walks sprawl out from all corners of the village into the Cotswold countryside. An absolutely beautiful location, gorgeous accommodation, great local eateries too. Our host was easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. She also left the most beautiful flowers as a welcome gift. I highly recommend this property and this location. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful property in an excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property itself is beautiful and finished to a really high standard. Off street parking for 1 car is conveniently right outside the front door. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a super king bed and each benefiting from a beautifully finished bathroom so plenty of room for 2 couples if needed. The house itself is located just off the main road through the town, only a couple of hundred yards from the nearest pub and convenience store with plenty more shops, pubs, bakeries and restaurants just a few minutes walk. In addition, if you’re looking for a good walk, you are spoilt for choice, with several on your doorstep. We travelled with our dogs and they enjoyed a different long, off lead walk each day. The town itself is extremely dog friendly with all the pubs that we visited accepting dogs in the bar area. I would highly recommend this property. It really is a little gem.

Lovely cottage but no working log burner

Lovely cottage but we had 2 criteria for our stay, enclosed garden and log burner. We were told 40 mins before we could arrive not to use the log burner, we asked when someone would look at it so we could but there was no one. The only reason was a report from the previous guest. Really disappointed, this was a joint wedding, Christmas and birthday present for my husband that I saved for months for. For the cost someone should have been in better contact/come out to see or it should have been looked at by a professional.
