Thank you for an amazingly easy check-in (even when our initial code wasn't working, one phone call and it was corrected in a matter of minutes!). We love this rental! Clean, spacious, large well equipped kitchen and perfectly located in Chincoteague! We will be booking next year's rental shortly at this same property (hopefully!).Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

Summer Vaca

The layout of the condo was perfect for the family. The furniture and decor were lovely. Every room was neat and clean.The house was supplied with everything we needed and plenty of it! We did buy a fly swatter and left it behind for other’s future use! The sound of the water treatment plant next lot over from us was sometimes heard… but not enough to keep us from returning! We deeply appreciated that this was a dog friendly vacation condo! Beautiful summer sunsets… at appropriately named Sunset Bay!

Nice condo, Christmas tree was nice.Day one, the combo we received did not work, made a call and received a new one. One inside we noticed the water was not turned on, called the number we had, drive to the rental office, the two people inside did not know what I was talking about, not sure who received the voice mail. Main Street Condo

This condo afforded us a really comfortable stay - nice sized bedrooms, great space for watching tv together & eating together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We thoroughly felt at home.

Beautiful property in perfect location

Sunset Bay Villas is a beautiful property in a perfect location to access all that Chincoteague has to offer. The unit we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and lovely. We will stay here again.

First time Great Time

My wife and I really enjoyed the space. The Master Suite . Gave a 4 on one location because of the noise of some machine/ air condition unit outside by coast guard place beside the condo. It was so loud my wife couldn't sleep. Otherwise great.

Loved our visit

This was a last minute trip. Glad we chose Chincoteague and especially pleased with everything about these accommodations. I think May was a perfect time of year to explore everything about the islands of Chincoteague and Assateague without the mosquitoes. We did boat tour with our dog, hiking and walking the beach. We did some dinners out and made others at home. The kitchen is fabulous and everything was clean and tidy. Every evening ended with a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony. Very relaxing! Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

The condo was lovely, could have been cleaner, floors weren’t vacuumed or washed. A lot of restaurants or sandwich shops weren’t open, it felt like summer was already over! 8/13-20

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo.

FYI to those who have trouble handling stairs: handicapped ramp and elevator is at opposite end of the bldg from this condo. We had dog so this very inconvenient for us to walk do. Condo itself was superior accommodation with updated kitchen appliances. We did not receive a code to open the lock on front door before we arrived, as promised by mgmt. co. as expected so kerfuffle at door to gain access.

Another great stay at 209

This property is great for us and the elevator clinches the deal as one of our party is a wheelchair user. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, and the unit is clean, well laid-out, and comfortable. This was our second stay and I’m sure there will be more!

Loved the condo and the view

We have never been to Chincoteague before, but thought it would be a great place to relax during our annual March Madness weekend - basketball watching, relaxing, and enjoying seafood. It did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. We watched a pair of loons each day. We even took a ride to see the ponies which we could see in the distance. It was a wonderful vacation, and we would definitely recommend the accommodations. We were pleased.
