"as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building.
room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...

"This was an amazing stay for the kind of gateway I was looking for. There’s lots of parking spots and easy to navigate. The room had a good balcony lake view, kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with coffee/tea pods and cutlery. "Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with.
