I found the hotel staff very helpful and found the business center useful. I need to do a lot of printing while on the road, and the reliable printer was definitely a huge plus. "Horrible is an understatement. This was by far one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. The only parking available was an under ground parking and the entire property was filthy.
