Place had a welcoming feeling when you walked through and everything that was necessary was quickly located. Wonderful position of the bungalow with super windows to enjoy the sea view. "Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. "

"Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem frisch renovierten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es wurde sogar nach einer Woche die Wäsche gewechselt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand sind es 10 min Fußmarsch. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Pub, Restaurants und einen empfehlenswerten Imbiss. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam."

"Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. "

"This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. Aushra send them by Royal mail, at our cost of course and made sure we received our items before we headed to our next...
