the rental property was beautiful. the river dock was outstanding. unfortunately my eldest dog could not do the stairs so i had to stay elsewhere during that time. my son stayed with my other dog. he enjoyed the stay but there were loose dogs that intermittently came on the property making it difficult to just sit out with our dog. it was pretty and the host was great but if i had noticed the stairs in the picture i would not have rented it

The property is just as listed. Kitchen has everything needed. Beds are comfortable. Outdoors is just as listed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Our son lives in the area and we will definitely stay again!

Great view of river and lots of space in the home. Drive in was a little tight hor our boat but we made it work. Nice location for hopping on the river and spring hopping. Extremely well stocked kitchen supplies.

Great week. The floors were dusty could have been mopped before we came that is the only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. I would definitely come back. It was very easy to speak to the host and they responded very quickly. Everything was as listed and in the pics. We had an amazing time.

Nice Location on the Suwannee River

This home has comfortable couches and beds. There is plenty of living room seating for a huge crowd. There is an additional couch not shown in the photos. There are plenty of spices and kitchen tools if you plan to cook. There are two refrigerator/freezers. The seating area around the fire pit and on the dock are very relaxing. The river is gorgeous! There is a rooster next door that crows ALL day long. He does quiet when it is very dark outside. You can barely hear him when inside the house. The photos show carpeted floors. There is no carpet in the house. It is all tile or wood floors. The neighbor's dogs usually came to visit as we opened or closed the gate. They did not come close. They were not threatening at all.

River get away.

This place was perfect for us. We needed close access to the river and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed fishing and cruising and just relaxing in general, in a beautiful river environment. Betthan expected.we be back.

SRF stay on Suwannee

We have stayed here for a few years, every year during Suwanee River Fair. It's always clean, and easy to communicate with owner. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing gem of a place!

Absolute gem of a vacation home! Comfy beds and furniture, everything we needed in the kitchen, private location, wifi worked great (didn't seem slow to me even though in a remote rural area), excellent communication from owners. Looking forward to a future stay!

Gorgeous home with easy access

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious with a well stocked kitchen, views of the river even through the kitchen windows, huge fireplace, cozy chairs on the river dock, warm central heat and an easy check in process. The only thing that would have made this place better is if there was a fenced in yard , otherwise it was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Relaxing time on the River

Enjoyable stay for 2 families with kids and dogs. Enjoyed the time spent on the dock by the river, fire pit at night and kids were able to fish on the dock. House was cozy and comfortable.

Great getaway

Such a beautiful property! We enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the Suwannee. It was perfect weather for a fire which we also enjoyed immensely. Will definitely come again.

What a Great Place

Cheryl is an awesome host. The home is in a quiet spot and large enough for a whole family. We were in the area to purchase a home of our own down there so we were quite busy and didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities. There is a large dock, corn hole game, yard darts, a couple of kayaks, a fire pit with plenty of chairs for everyone to sit, and the back deck has a large table to eat outside if you want with more chairs there. We will definitely try to stay there again if needed while working on our new place. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Gathering of friends

I thought the property would be CLEAN

We were sooo disappointed to find this place filthy. We wanted to turn around and leave after we walked in and saw and smelled it. In my opinion this property had been sitting empty for some time. No one bothered cleaning it. It was a beautiful home but everything was nasty, the dishes, the floors, the tables. I wiped up so much nastiness, and we have 2 under 2 babies and it was dang near impossible to keep them off the floors. The whole place had bugs, some were dead and others were happy to see food 😑 I assumed all the properties listed on Vrbo were required to be clean. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. I will never stay here again!
