Old Thorns Hotel & Resort
No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed

The apartment is small but ok, the furnishings are bought from a charity shop scratch and damaged! The cooker unusable no wire trays! The ensuite shower room sink hot tap dosnt work! Pinnacle Suites
No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer.
