Best Place to Stay Downtown!

We had such an amazing experience staying here! Not only was this house centrally located and so easy to walk to downtown, but it so quaint and cute. We’ll definitely be looking to come back and booking here again! Love it!

Place was apparently very mistreated by previous visitors so we want to be fair. There aren’t any windows that open in the whole apartment, which meant we couldn’t get rid of the nasty cigarette smell. Owner offered us a discount for all our trouble but we haven’t seen or heard from him since. Bed and covers were very comfortable, but when we tried to use the heater, it would blow a fuse. The shower was very slippery—they need to put non-stick mat on the floor of the shower. Place is cute and the location is great. Need to make a few minor upgrades

Easy check in and check out. The property was clean and had plenty of space for me and my friend. It gets a bit loud in the mornings sleeping next to the street but overall a nice place to stay.

Noisy tenants upstairs

The accommodations were excellent. Our only complaint is being awake from 3-5 am both nights. The upstairs tenants got home at 3, made a lot of noise coming in and then continued to be loud after arriving at their apartment. At 5pm the loud neighbors finally stopped. I would stay again but only if I knew these neighbors were moved out.

Close to everything in Chico!

We went with our daughter to tour CSU Chico. The location of the apartment was perfect! 1 block from school and 1 block from great restaurants! Once we arrived we walked everywhere - so close to everything! The apartment was very comfortable too! Super comfy queen bed. We will be back if our daughter decides on Chico!

Perfect for our visit to Chico!

My son was visiting Chico State, and this property was perfect for our visit. Beautifully decorated and well laid out! The main living room doubled nicely for my son as a bedroom with a pullout couch and a pocket door from the main bedroom for privacy. The master has an entire second living room, spacious closet for luggage and continues the light, bright decor from the other areas of the home. Throughout the entire apartment were tons of small details to make it feel like home: ample shelving for bathroom toiletries, power strips to charge electronics, well stocked kitchen, etc. The location was an easy walk to downtown restaurants as well as to the school for our visit. There are areas of residential/pay to park - but also could easily find free parking within a block of the home our whole trip. We will certainly stay again if our son chooses to attend Chico State.

Excellent location & accommodations!

Great location! Everything downtown Chico has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market - all within 3-4 blocks walking distance. Felt very safe in this neighborhood too. The accommodations were fantastic! Excellent A/C & fans (107 degrees the weekend we stayed!), great kitchen with all the supplies needed, Starbucks pod coffee & it was VERY CLEAN! Comfy & very homey feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely stay here again!

Great property, Great Location!

My wife, 13 year old, and I stayed for a baseball weekend. The place was really great, decorated nice and really clean. Location was ideal to walk around Chico. Highly recommend!
