Apartment Casa Mercedes is situated in a seaside urbanization near Chiclana de la Frontera and is only a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The private outdoor area has an open/covered terrace with deck chairs, while the communal outdoor area boasts a large pool (pen from mid-June to mid-September) surrounded by trees and greenery, where you can take swims and enjoy the sun or the shade.

From the property, Conil de la Frontera is a 10-minute drive or 6 km away, and the beautiful city of Cádiz can be reached after a 40-minute drive (30 km). The nearest international airport lies outside Jerez, 55 km or a 45-minute drive from the apartment.

Due to the local ordinance, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and passers-by. Therefore, noises that may cause inconvenience during the night, from 11 o'clock at night to 7 o'clock in the morning, are not allowed.
