We stayed at this property last Christmas, this year we decided to stay for New Year instead. I can't stress what a wonderful property this is, due in no small part to its wonderful, diligent and welcoming host. Yes its a modern home in the midst of a modern housing development, but that makes it no less of a holiday home. The house is warm and very well appointed with large comfy sofas and an excellent kitchen. The two double bedrooms have TVs and all the beds are comfy. The area is quiet, within walking distance of the seafront and the town of East Wittering with its many local stores along with a small Tesco and Boots. On the route to the beach is a larger than normal Co-op store which is very well stocked, and there are buses from the town to West Wittering but if you time the tide right the East Wittering beach is just as sandy.

We've had a wonderful time at Bracklesham Bay! Communication and check in was very easy and straightforward, our landlord supplied all details well in advance so that we felt welcome right away. The children loved the tech equipment, we enjoyed the backyard and the extremely well equipped kitchen. Especially loved the herbs! The house is situated in a calm neighbourhood and beach is within walking distance as is the bus stop, small shops etc. There is much to see and explore nearby and we made some lovely trips to Portsmouth, Arundel, Chichester etc.

Excellent

I stayed here over the sunny weekend with my two children and this property was everything we needed and more. Communication was great and the host was very to quick to respond. Overall really clean and stylish and well appointed with super comfy beds.Location is perfect for beach days and local restaurants, will definitely return again!

The perfect home for a weekend by the sea

The house was perfect for us as we needed a base for visiting family in Chichester. Very comfy beds and clean throughout. We didn’t really use the kitchen but looked like it had everything you’d need. Garden was lovely and the house was perfectly located 10min straight down to the beach. Very happy to have found somewhere pet friendly so that we could actually make the weekend happen! Thank you

Beautiful quiet house near the sea

This lovely 3-bed house is just what we needed for a break over Xmas. The kitchen includes everything you could need, there is a lovely back garden with plenty of furniture and a large bbq. The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds comfortable. All in all a great holiday home.

Nice family home

Kids settled in quickly and had everything we needed to cook and relax. Set in a nice friendly cul de sac. Short walk to the shops takeaways and beach. Nice garden if it was warmer! Thankyou for a nice stay

Very comfortable

We enjoyed the well equipped house. Comfortable beds and lots of towels. There’s no clothes dryer but there is a washing machine. Nice garden with furniture. Pots and pans: not very many but lots of lids. We already booked for next year.

Great holiday

Lovely house very clean had everything you needed we had a lovley time the house is in a good place near local shops .its just off the main road nice and quiet we are definitely going to stay there again we would highly recommend the house for a lovely holiday

Quiet getaway

Great house, well furnished and good location. We had a few days to unwind, lots of walks and look forward to hopefully coming back during the summer. Would recommend this accommodation to any of our friends.

An excellent well kept property you can walk straight into. Very clean and everything worked! Short distance to nearby town and larger town of Chichester. Helpful well mannered host. Would stay again for sure!

Modern property in good location

Communication with the host was excellent. Property was clean, modern and well equipped. The plot is on a corner with a side gate access to the small enclosed garden. There's a co-op within a 7 minute walk and coffee shop, seafront café and a pub a few minutes walk after that. Good location for exploring the dog friendly beaches of Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering.

Cottage charmant et pratique!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le cottage de Mark. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la plage, à proximité des magasins et non loin de la belle ville de Chichester. Mark a été très accessible et disponible, et sa maison est très agréable, propre et bien entretenue
