Guests have exclusive use of the entire annexe, courtyard and private driveway. Everything is on one level, making access easy and convenient. Access is not granted to the grounds of the house next door.

This property can be booked on it's own or as part of a larger booking with the main house (when available). When booked on it's own we do ask that guests keep to the grounds within the boundary of the annexe.
The Pitstop is located next to the B2145 Selsey Road, which carries regular traffic during the day. The vast majority of our guests haven't found it a problem, but particularly light sleepers should be aware.
