The whole family really enjoyed staying at Seagulls. Although it was quirky it was still well appointed and cosy. The grandchildren enjoyed the garden and going to the park to play.

Girls weekend away

We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls. Very spacious clean property with a lovely secure wraparound garden which was perfect for our dogs! Location near the beach was great. Pubs within walking distance was a bonus. Great host who responded very quickly to any queries.

Excellent stay!

Seagulls was wonderfully clean, well equipped and quirky! It was perfect for our family with young children - they particularly enjoyed the garden space. A lovely big cake was waiting for us and great communication with the hosts. Thank you for a great holiday!

Weekend celebration

Converted railway carriages for our bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area upstairs with views of the sea made this a fabulous venue to stay with our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. Beach and amenities all close and the secluded garden made for a perfect weekend.

Fantastic Selsey Beach Property

Wonderful Festive Getaway

The house is well equipped and conveniently located for plenty of seaside dog walks. Huge driveway for at least 3 cars. Spacious rooms with so much attention to detail. The hosts kindly decorated for Christmas and left a kind welcoming gift for us. Everything you can think of for the perfect home from home stay has been well thought out! We appreciated the cosy extra blankets, luxury bedding, big bath, herbs & spices and games. It really is a brilliant place to stay.

Perfect seaside location for kids

We had a wonderful trip in october half tern and we really lucked out with the weather as it was nice and warm and the kids enjoyed the beach and getting wet! The house was ideal with plenty of space for 3 adults. The owners had excellent communication and responded to any messages very quickly and the cake they provided qas a lovely touch

Friends reunion by the sea

Lovely weekend with the girls. Well equipped property, very comfortable beds, great location for walks along the coast. Lots of railway memorabilia. As our stay was in October, it was pretty chilly at times especially downstairs but the heating was efficient and warmed up quickly. We gathered mostly upstairs as it was cosy with lots of natural light. Thank you for the delicious cake, a lovely touch. Thank you.

Fabulous accommodation and location

This has to be the best UK holiday accommodation I have stayed in. It is the most beautifully converted railway carriages into a charming and tasteful cottage. So close to the sea all you have to do is walk across the road. Very nice pub within walking distance. The hosts are so easy to deal with and the welcome treat was delicious. Will defo go again!

Seagulls was perfect for us.

Property worked perfectly for a long weekend at Goodwood. 6 x adults, 2 x kids & 1 x dog making Seagulls everything we needed with outside space, plenty of parking and a stones throw from the beach. We will be back!

Great cottage, brilliant location, very good area

Six in total, grandson, parents and grandparents plus dog. A fabulous week in one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. Lovely sun trap garden too. All just steps from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely & Quirky

This is a really unusual property, made from railway carriages joined together with a large room in the middle and a beautiful living space upstairs. It is situated a few steps from the beach, you can see the sea from the upstairs window. It is clean and well equipped, and has a beautiful private garden. Loads of things to see nearby, or if you like walking there are several routes straight from the front door- no car needed!

We had two very nice week in Selsey and feld very welcome. With a lots of relaxing, swimming in the sea (take some water schoes to avoid the gravel at the beach), sightseeing, fine cooking and some hiking, we had a very good time. Thank you Shaun, for sharing seagulls

Peaceful

Lovely property, particularly enjoyed the well kept garden and the sea view. Although it is a very peaceful and beautiful area, it is a little too quiet for us - for a whole week. Would definitely return for a short break.
