The house is gorgeous, tidy, and had everything we needed, particulary things for kids including plates, bowls and a play area! Our contact with Lou was excellent, and extremely accomodating. 100% recommend

Lovely house and location !

We had a lovely multi - generational holiday in this house . Great that we could walk to the sea/nature reserve every day ! We will be back !

Happy 70th at Priory Coach House

The whole family + the Birthday girl had a most enjoyable long weekend at Priory Coach House. All that we could possibly have wanted was laid on for us and the weather just about played ball. We have all returned home exhausted but with so many happy memories

Lou (the host) was fantastic, the house was spectacular, and so well kitted out. All of us had SUCH a wonderful time at Priory Coach House. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

What a wonderful place

The Priory Coach house is beautiful, spacious, cosy and homely. My family; grandmother, 2 daughters and 1 son, their partners and kids stayed here for Christmas and had the best week. Lou, the owner, was in contact in plenty of time before our stay to ensure that we would have everything we needed upon arrival. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, trees and lights and tasteful Christmas decor throughout. The rooms were warm and spacious, the shared spaces were roomy yet cosy, the kitchen was well stocked and the grounds were great for exploring and enjoying toasting marshmallows for our last night. It was magical, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Beautifully presented house

Lovely property with each bedroom it’s own en-suite facilities. All the beds were fantastically comfortable, quality beds with quality bed linen. A quick walk through the garden to the shore for wonderful coastal walks.

Diamond wedding celebration

Had a wonderful weekend with our family to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary. There were 17 of us in the house, it was ideal for us. We were very lucky with the weather so we were able to use the outside facilities. Lou was such a good host, nothing was too much trouble for her. We all had a great time in a wonderful house in a great location.

Great place for a get together

We used this property for a family get together for a 50th birthday. The place itself was perfect and provided everything we could have needed. The owner Lou was on hand to help if needed. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The downstairs areas were great with enough space for everyone and really well thought out. Overall I would definitely recommend this property, everyone had a great time!

Amazing venue to celebrate my 60th!

This was a real find and turned out just perfectly for the extended family gathering to celebrate my big birthday over a long weekend. Everyone enjoyed themselves and Leo commenting on what a fab place it was. Thanks again to Lou for all your help.

An amazing location and perfect house for a large group

We had a lovely stay at the Priory Coach House with a large group of 8 adults and 8 kids. Every room was en suite which was great. The kids enjoyed sleeping all together in the bunk room, as well as the table tennis. The house has recently been renovated and was modern and stylish, lovely comfy beds and linens. A lovely 5 min walk to the beach via the private garden path, and the beach was perfect for body boarding and kite flying. Highly recommended this house and we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing venue and location

Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!

A very special place

What an amazing property! The most wonderfully thought out, well equipped and comfortable house that we enjoyed thoroughly as a party of 14. From the very comfortable and beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms to the numerous living spaces and fabulous kitchen. The owner was really helpful throughout answering any queries we had too. The walk down to the beach was a special treat and we could not recommend this place enough. Hope to come back another time for sure!

Top class

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped house. Lovely position. As “work still in progress” suggest grab rails in showers, shorten curtains so they don’t cover radiators, double glazing. Accept that weather extremely cold during our stay so end bedroom cold & towel rails in bathrooms didn’t work. We would book again

Lovely property

We were a party of 12, a family group, and the house and its layout were perfect for our needs. The owner, Lou, is very attentive and diligent in making sure that all is in order, and to ensure that you have what you need. There is a large kitchen and dining area with views on two sides. The location is highly attractive, in its own grounds shared with the owner, close to the beach (5 minutes). The beach is pebble and exposed (it was quite windy during our stay) but beautiful and bracing. The location is a bird-watchers paradise, Pagham Harbour is a large expanse of tidal wetland. For those up for a walk around the harbour (45 minutes), lunch at The Crab and Lobster is very good (but it's a looong walk). Overall, highly recommended.

Fabulous family 60th

As a winter location, we still had a fabulous time! The house is so comfortable and spacious. We were a party of 16, I wasn’t sure where our single person was going to sleep, but there were enough sofas for him to make himself comfortable. We had lovely walks to the beach, we even swam in the sea. Lou couldn’t have been more helpful. We are hoping that we might revisit in the summer because we think it would be absolutely incredible with plenty of garden. Space for fun and barbecues. we made good use of the table tennis table in the living room! I would strongly recommend this place.

Great central location for exploring all around the area.

Kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking and we all enjoyed coming together at the end of the day to eat and talk. Beds comfortable, spacious and clean and bathrooms were well apportioned We used the garden to enjoy the fab weather and have a large range of games. Long walks to the beach through interesting foliage were much appreciated by all. The children found numerous stones, shells and pebbles on the beach and insisted on studying them in great detail. The sitting room provided ample space and opportunity to enjoy many family games. The table tennis table was much used and enjoyable The children’s den area is an inspired idea as they claimed it for themselves with no grown ups allowed. They really guarded the “secret” staircase to the kitchen. The balcony provided great views across the landscape. All in all a great house and a memorable weekend.

Family holiday

Ages 5 months - 70's, 16 of us enjoyed a fabulous family weeks holiday at the Coach House. We enjoyed many watersports activities, carrying equipment to the beach by our very strong and capable children, wives and grandchildren. Space for chilling and enjoying table tennis and playing games in the house was in abundance. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable and Lou was very accommodating with splitting beds into singles as we required. The only comment we did have was lack of a chest of drawers in most of the bedrooms, so majority of clothes stayed in suitcases. Equipment and the grounds were very welcome along with bbq, pizza oven and fire pit ... all very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Stunning Property in an Amazing Location

There are no negatives I can think of with Priory Coach House, only superlatives. Definitely a 10/10. I had booked this for my wife's 40th birthday to celebrate with friends and children. 10 adults and 8 children. The place is beautifully decorated and the lay out perfect for our stay and celebration. The kitchen is enormous, as is the living room and we happily spent time between both. The children never asked for their iPads once. The bunk bed room was a hit, as was the Den and table tennis. Just as much of a hit for the adults as the children was the bar/ dance area. Each bedroom has an en-suite and the decoration is exquisite and to a very high standard. The beach and sea is visible from the coach house and just a 5 minute walk away. From there it's a 30-40min walk along the beach to Selsey. Even on our last day of a long weekend, everyone was still commenting on what an amazing place it is.

Wonderful stay in well furnished home. Loved open kitchen and big farm house table. Great refrigerator and freezer space. Good supply of plates and glasses. Nice access to beach path. Only recommendation would be to improve sink area in kitchen. Otherwise, bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family.

An absolutely stunning property that I couldn’t recommend more highly!

The Coach House was even more amazing than we’d expected as the photos only just begin to give you a feel for this beautiful property and the idyllic location. There are almost too many highlights to list but the luxurious bedrooms, stunning decor, amazing kitchen & dining area, cool kids den and toys, table tennis area, disco ball & lights, outdoor fire pit and the secret beach path are just a few of the things we absolutely loved! The Coach House offers a perfect balance between fun and relaxation for all ages and it surpassed my expectations in so many ways, giving us an unforgettable Christmas getaway with family from all across the world! An absolutely stunning property that we couldn’t recommend more highly! Lou is the most amazing host and we can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Family gathering for a birthday.

We all had an amazing stay at the coach house. Lou was extremely kind and helpful. There is plenty of room, there were 18 of us in total. The facilities were well equipped with enough glasses, plates and cooking equipment for large groups. Location, short walk to the beach ideal for a us to get out without having to drive. We were there to celebrate my 30th birthday, and the lounge area had a great space for dancing with a disco ball! I 100% would stay again. I can't recommend enough.
