The Accommodation

The property is situated on a private 1,200 m² lot with a garden, covered terrace, hammocks, and an outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. It also features a full bathroom with hot water, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic utensils.

You will also find a washing machine, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, streaming entertainment, and remote work.

There is private parking on the property for two vehicles.

The Surroundings

Chicá is an ideal destination for hiking, birdwatching, and connecting with nature. There is a river about a 10-minute walk away, and Altos de Campana National Park is one of the area's main attractions.

The beaches of Chame are approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Arrival by car is recommended. Access to the property is via a concrete road.
