Reisebericht: Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ChanniMeine Zeit in der traumhaften Ferienwohnung in Channi war einfach rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend und hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht, ob beim ersten Kaffee am Morgen oder beim Sonnenuntergang am Abend.Auch im Inneren lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen: Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind reichlich vorhanden, und alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.Ein echtes Highlight war der herzliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte – das hat den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich Anna’s Bar und Anna’s Pizzeria. Anna kommt aus Deutschland und steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Noch besser: Ihre Pizza am Abend ist ein echter Genuss – und das Eis am Nachmittag ebenfalls! Es war einfach großartig, so eine Anlaufstelle direkt vor Ort zu haben.Ich habe die Zeit in Channi sehr genossen, mich wunderbar erholt – und komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We spent a month in Chianni and this apartment and we loved everything about it. The deck has the most beautiful view with lounge chairs for relaxing and a lovely table and chairs under a covered porch where we spent many night playing cards and eating pizza from Anna’s Bar. Great town, ok apartment

We loved Chianni! Such a lovely little town, with amazing views of the countryside from the expansive deck. Anna’s, next door to Bella Vista, is a gem of a coffee shop and pizzeria, and there are other great restaurants as well. The apartment looked nice, but we experienced more than a few annoyances: burned out bulbs, flickering lights, sticking locks, ants in the kitchen, terrible water pressure and loss of hot water, and noise from the piazza at night (not Bella Vista’s fault, but not ideal). We’d love to visit Chianni again, but would likely find a different rental.

Très bon séjour les personnes sur places super simpa maison très propres le seul chose c que a 105 € la nuit ont nous fait payer des taxe et des frais de nettoyage c pas normal tout devrait être compris dans le prix en plus de sa la maison et magnifique mais vous sortez vous avez tout le village en face entrain de vous regarder terrasse de restaurant à la sortie de la maison c pas le plus désagréable c l’endroit on et isoler de tout si nous pas véhiculé ont et coincée je pense que la personne devrait revoir sont prix a la baisse au niveau de la location

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Ons verblijf van 5 mei tot 1 juni ‘24 was ronduit geweldig. Chianni is adembenemend mooi. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is ruim en werkelijk schitterend met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. De eerste 14 dagen waren wij met vrienden. De derde week met 2 van onze kinderen en de laatste week samen. We hebben allen genoten van onze tijd in Toscane. Heerlijk gegeten bij Anna’s Bar. Heerlijke pizza’s en Spaghetti Carbonara (aanrader) Terras voor de deur, tapbiertje is snel gehaald. Ook de Bistro is fantastisch. Verder is er kleine supermarkt en zijn er nog wat kleine winkeltjes. Wij komen heel graag terug in het mooie Toscane. Frank en Jeannette Venhoven

Die relativ zentrale Lage ermöglichte viele Ausflüge. Allerdings braucht man auch eine knappe Stunde zum Strand (Tirrenia).

Perfekte Unterkunft!!

Chianni ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für einen Toskanaurlaub 🇮🇹. Diese Unterkunft ist ideal dafür geeignet, um nach einem Abendessen in Anna‘s Bar auf der Terrasse der Wohnung die Seele baumeln zu lassen!! Wir waren zum 5x in Chianni, und wir werden wiederkommen!!!

Charming Chianni

My husband and I had a wonderful week staying in Chianni, the apartment was perfect, we loved the terrace with views over the rolling Tuscan hills. The location allowed us to walk to local restaurants as well as longer 2-3 hours hikes in the hills and forests which we loved. The highlight was going to see Andrea Bocelli sing in his home village Lajatico (25 mins away). We had a car so we enjoyed pottering to local towns/hamlets, we especially enjoyed the Medieval towns of Volterra and San Gimignano. We don't like crazy busy places so Chianni was perfect for us, peaceful but with atmosphere and charm. Top restaurants for us were Chianni Bistro and Il Ripordoro in Rivalto (next door village) where we had a very special long Sunday Italian lunch! We will be back. Reise in die Toskana

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse teils Überdacht mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Der Ort Chianni ist ein kleiner schöner Ort mit drei sehr schönen Restaurants und alles was man braucht, kommen gerne wieder. Ruhiger Ort abseits vom Massentourismus da lässt es sich aushalten. Die Ausflugsziele sind von da aus sehr gut erreichbar. Ein Tipp: Fahrt nicht mit dem Auto nach Florenz sondern mit dem Zug ab Pontedera bis Santa Maria Novella, es ist total entspannt und ihr seid mitten im Zentrum. Danke an die Gastgeberin, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns gut erholt. Liebe Grüße aus Essen NRW

Great Spot to Explore Tuscany

The apartment is very comfortable and matches the online description. We had everything that we needed for our stay: the kitchen was well-equipped, washing machine, laundry rack, deck chairs, barbeque, blow-dryer, and so much more. The view from the deck is outstanding and enjoying breakfast while watching the sun rise was one of the highlights of each day. Chianni itself is a small town with a few cafes and restaurants, which are all close-by. We found it to be perfectly located within Tuscany, making it easy to explore the region, which we thoroughly enjoyed! It was a pleasure visiting Chianni and the host, Claudia Kornmayer, made the experience straightforward and uncomplicated. Even small unforeseen issues in the apartment were solved within just a few hours after sending an email. Thank you again, for all your help and making our stay so enjoyable!

Wunderschön und unvergesslich!

Die Wohnung ist entzückend eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet in einer gelungenen Kombination zwischen wunderschönen Antiquitäten sowie gepflegtem modernem Mobiliar und Bädern, voller liebevoller Details, mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Einzelstücken und Büchern sowie einer großen Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick. Insgesamt war es ein herrlicher Aufenthalt. Eigentlich bleiben dort keine Wünsche offen - außer vielleicht der nach einer ganz normalen Kaffeemaschine zusätzlich zu der vorhandenen mit den kleinen Kapseln.

Heel mooi appartement op een heel mooie locatie

Appartement Bella Vista in Chianni is een heel mooi ingericht appartement in een erg leuk dorp. Wij zijn in augustus en september bijna 4 weken in Chianni geweest. Het is ons uitstekend bevallen. De afgelopen jaren zijn wij heel vaak in Italië geweest, het is voor ons "het" vakantieland. Soms valt het mee, soms valt het tegen omdat je op de site niet goed kunt zien waar het huis of appartement ligt. zo moesten we vorig jaar een erg steile helling af om in het dorp te komen, waar vrijwel niets was. Bij appartement Bella Vista is alles om de hoek en makkelijk bereikbaar. Bar Centrale is op minder dan 100m afstand, je kunt er lekkere cappuccino drinken, een goed italiaans ontbijt hebben en het is erg goedkoop. Er zijn drie restaurants, die erg goed zijn. De mensen in het dorp zijn heel vriendelijk. Het appartement is klassiek ingericht. Alles is keurig schoon, de keuken is prima met alle voorzieningen, een goede vaarwasser en een goede wasmachine. De bedden zijn goed en verder is alles aanwezig. Het terras is erg groot en je hebt een heel mooi uitzicht over Toscane. Vanuit Chianni zijn de bekende steden, Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca, Siena en niet te vergeten Colle Valle d'Elsa binnen 1 tot 1,5 uur bereikbaar. Allemaal leuk om te bezoeken. In het dorp is een kleine supermarkt en een bakker op loopafstand. Een grote supermarkt (Conad) is op ongeveer 20 minuten afstand. Samenvattend een prachtige omgeving, een leuk dorp en prachtig appartement. Als er nog iets te wensen overblijft, maar dat geldt misschien alleen voor mij, is dat het internet, wat erg traag is en de tv, die alleen op Duitse zenders gericht is Henk Dirkse

Fabulous apartment in a gorgeous village.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was fantastic; fully equipped to a high quality with views from the terrace to die for! Chianni is a really friendly place, retaining a 'local' feel whilst enjoying a vibrant atmosphere. Loved the evening market and the guided tour of the town. Really gave context to the location. We would certainly recommend it, and hope we can return soon.

Fantastic location.

I visit Chianni a few times a year, this was my first time staying in Bella Vista and it was a delight, I’d not only recommend but I’d 100% stay there again. The location is perfect, size of the apartment is incredible and it has the most beautiful terrace and views. There were three of us staying and as women we appreciated having two bathrooms to use, perfect for getting ready before going out for dinner!

Excellent !!!!

Superbe logement ! Très bien meublé avec beaucoup de gout et ultra propre. Très agréable et très proche de tout commerce dans Chianni (restaurant, épicerie, la poste...). Le parking comprend un grand nombre de places et quel que soit l'heure et le jour (même les jours de marché) on peut se garer sans difficulté. la localisation de Chianni permet de visiter Pise et Livourne mais également de profiter des plages superbes de Vada. A refaire sans hésiter !!
