次回のチェンマイ旅行、また泊まりたい～

チェンマイ門から近く、とても便利な場所です。レンタルバイクを借りて行ったら、部屋の近くに停めて良いと、教えてくれました。部屋は広く、シャワールームとトイレが区切られているので、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々の感じも良く、次回も泊まりたい～と思いました。

ทำเลดี ใกล้ตลาดประตูเชียงใหม่มาก

นั่งตุ๊กๆจากสนามบินมา โโนเรียก 60 บาทแต่ต่อรองเหลือ 50 บาท มาถึงก็เหมือนๆในเวปและ google street โดยรวมโอเค หลังจากรับกุญแจเดินมาที่ห้องอาจผิดคาดไปหน่อย ทางเดินไปยังห้องดูเก่าๆ เกือบลืมไปว่านี่ห้อง 500 นะ แต่ก็เหมาะสมกับราคาครับ

Nice place, but....

Really nice spot down a quiet side street 2 mins from the old city. It's just a shame the walls are so paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms next door as well as everything in the communal space outside. Everything else was fine - nice staff, nice little garden to chill out in - it's just pot luck whether you'll get any sleep. If your neighbour wants to watch Fast and Furious at 2am you've had it!

位置優CP值高的小型旅館

位置極佳, 步行至週六夜市及清邁門市場不用5分鐘, 各式小吃應有盡有, 價格也十分便宜, 旅館環境乾淨安靜, 冷氣夠冷熱水夠熱, 但位在一樓又緊鄰花圃難免有些小螞蟻, 巷口就有間7-11, 以此價格沒甚麼能挑剔了!

무난하니 하루, 이틀 묵기 괜찮습니다.

딱 무난하다는 느낌입니다. 다만 안에 개미들이 좀 나와서...방 크기는 굉장히 큽니다. 편하게 이용하셔도 될것 같습니다.

다 좋으나 위생이 조금...

타페게이트에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 겸사겸사 구경할겸 움직이면 큰 무리는 되지 않는 위치입니다. 다만 개미들이 좀 있습니다, 방 자체는 혼자 지내기 굉장히 크나 화장실이 조그맣고 물이 조금은 잘 안 빠집니다. 이것들 빼고는 나머진 다 괜찮습니다, 직원분들도 친절하고요

Tree residence

I stayed here for 4 nights. It's located very close to the Tha Phae Gate(16min walk). Although you will have to cross some busy roads. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is what you would expect in Thailand ( toilet and bathroom together in a confined box type room) but was fine. It's a quiet accomodation so not recommended if you want to meet people. Also doesn't have a smoking area, so had to walk to the road to have smokes. Overall it's a great place to stay. there is a laundry shop 10meters from the place and they charge around 60baht for 1kg of clothes (wash and dry).

พนักงานติดต่อช่วงกลางคืนยาก โรงแรมใกล้ ร้านสะดวกซื้อ 7-11 เดินไปซอยหน้าโรงแรมเจอร้านอาหาร ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และรถแดง ที่นี่ช่วงกลางวันเรียก Taxi ง่าย แต่กลางคืนเรียกยากมากและแพง ใกล้สนามบิน มิเตอร์+50 บาท จบที่ราคา 110 บาทจากสนามบิน ส่วนเรื่องความสะดวก ที่แก้วหรือถาดรองแก้วยังมีฝุ่นให้เห็น ต้องเอาไปล้างน้ำในห้องน้ำเองอีกรอบ โรงแรมมีผ้าเช็คตัวให้ มีสบู่ แชมพูให้ แต่ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟัน มีน้ำเปล่าให้แค่ 1 ขวด และแก้วน้ำ 1 แก้วเท่านั้น ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง

Quiet, convenient and close to the old city

We've stayed here at least 5 times before, it's in a quiet back street but is within 3 minutes walk to Wualai rd for yellow. red and blue buses, 6 minutes walk and your at Chiang Mai gate (south gate) for food, drink and local markets. Staff are friendly and will do what they can once they understand what you want. The hotel is an old apartment block, renovated in 2012, however now that the reality of low occupancy rates have set in the owners are neglecting maintenance, the A/C in our room only had 1 fan speed (slow) and no adjustment of any setting including temperature would make any difference. As it was very hot every day +40c the A/C was ineffective. The WIFI network in the hotel is good, however the internet connection is not, for the last 4 days we were there the internet worked for maybe 5 or 10 minutes total, we ended up using a local internet SIM card. As our plane left at 4.50pm and as they were not busy a late check out was not a problem. Even with these shortcomings it is still reasonably good value.

Vacation time in Chiang Mai

This was my second visit at the Tree Residences hotel. The employees are very nice, and the room is very comfortable. It is a short 15 minute walk from the downtown area. Many places to eat around the hotel, and the saturday market makes the hotel, a primal place. I will come again to the hotel.

Not acceptable....choose another hotel

Room was not clean. Used soap left in the shower tray and ants throughout the bathroom. Dirt and dust coating the bathroom window and ledge. Please note that no picture is provided of "standard" rooms. This is because they have not been renovated like the others that are pictured. The standard room we stayed was old, run down and not worth the money. The AC barely worked as well. Will not be staying here again.

We were aware that this is a budget hotel but we didn't expect it to be this bad. There were dead bugs all over the floor that the manager had to sweep up before we could enter the room. Various cracks and holes in the walls seemed to be the home of a massive army of ants because they were EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. The bathroom was not fresh at all and contained a variety of ants and spiders. Not once during our stay did they empty our trashcan whish led to a minor mountain of garbage in our room. The staff was nice when you talked to them but they didn't do much, mostly watched tv in the reception. The only positive thing we have to say about this hotel is that it was close to a 7-eleven and the Chiang Mai Gate.

Charming residence. Very friendly people, eager to help even though there was a language barrier. 2 minute walk to a street market, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and massage parlours.

hotel sympa bien placé et belle chambre agreable

nous y avons passé 4 nuits, l'hotel est tres bien placé, au pied de la veille ville et a coté d'une petite place pour se restaurer, un marché de nuit le samedi soir dans la rue c'etait super l'hotel est tres mignon avec une petite cour tres agreable, la chambre tres bien avec une belle douche point negatif le matelas mais bon comme partout personnel tres gentil et agreable, décu le dernier jour car nous avions demandé a reserver un taxi pour le dimanche matin tres tot, ça faisait 2 jours qu'il nous disait que le taxi etait reservé sauf que dimanche matin quand on s'est retrouvé devant l'hotel avec le monsieur de la reception il nous annonce que le taxi ne viendra pas tout simplement parce que je pense qu'aucune reservation n'avait été faite, il était 5h du matin et notre avion devait décoler a 6h
