基本的に気持ちよく過ごすうことが出来た。1日目はベッドメーキングのみで床の清掃がされなかったが2日目はしっかりとされていた。

Bonne adresse à Chiang mai, à proximité de nombreux cafés, restaurants et temples . Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre mais un peu bruyante le soir car elle donnait sur la rue . Petits snacks et eau fraîche à disposition gratuitement, merci

Great location within the Old Town area. Great service from staff at a personal level. Snacks and drinks provided was a great plus. Easy 24hr assess to hotel. Very pleasant feel. No 24hr staff at reception but can be reached through via text or call.

직원은 친절하고 따뜻합니다. 숙소의 방은 나름 깔끔한 인테리어이고 청결함. 샤워시설이 작은 전기온수기로 용량이 좀 부족하고 수건 걸이 위치가 샤워시 물이 튀는 위치로 조정이 부족해 보임. 1층에서 음료와 간식이 무료로 제공되는 점은 매우 만족스러움.

친절 but 가족 여행이라면..

- 스텝분이 굉장히 친절함. 체크아웃 이후 짐도 보관 가능하고 택시도 잡아주시면서 도와주시려고 하심. - 4 bed room이 하룻밤에 2500 바트 정도였는데, 좀 더 찾아본다면 낮은 급의 호텔도 가능하지 않나.. 하는 생각. 벌레 없고 깨끗하나 수압이나 세면대 청결상태는 영락없는 호스텔. (배낭여행객에는 적극 추천)

Location is good for access to the old city but it is opposite a school and noisy, due to the loud speakers used in the school. Also, there is a muay thai gym next door which is also sometimes noisy...not to mention the street noise and the Sunday street market outside the hotel..Staff are friendly but work in the gym next door so are not always available.

Night desk manager is the BEST!

I can’t praise the evening desk manager enough. She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. She was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful

Budget hotel with excellent location, friendly host, clean and comfortable bed. No lift and no kettle in room but hot water, beverages, snacks and cup noddles available at all times in lobby FOC.

An ideal location

The host was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very central for both Saturday and Sunday night market. Have free food and drink in the common area

Room height 6'3".above beds and in bath. Foyer to room taller. No dresser or anything to put clothes in. 2 tables 12" x 36" one with coat rack & hangers. . Bath doorway less than 6'2" Water pressure very low.Staff very nice. Lots of street noise but also bad because it looked like cheap windows that didn't dampen noise any.

Nice hotel with great staff

I stayed here for four nights, great location in old town with cafes and restaurants nearby. The woman who was running the place was particularly friendly and approachable with everything and went out of her way to help with anything.

Modest guesthouse in perfect location

Aside from the small ant problem in the room and the mediocre WiFi (I've found that these are typical problems in Old City), I give this hotel 5 stars because it met so many other of my expectations. First of all, it's in a PERFECT location. You can walk to anywhere in Old City worthwhile. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing unlimited free water bottles and even snacks. We had an aircon problem when we first arrived and the staff took care of it hastily and professionaly. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels. On Sundays, the walking street is right in front (can be a bit loud, so don't book here if you want a quiet Sunday evening). Overall, this place was the perfect crash pad while we explored Chiang Mai.

Very clean family room and excellent staffs

-Super friendly staffs -Room was clean and exactly as in pictures, even balcony was clean too. Only air cond took hrs to be cool 2 of 3 nights were like that. And if you have a small curtain above the balcony door, it may be good but i got the eye cover anyway. -Location is good but may be difficult to find. It was in Chinese with small 'TCH' at the end, next to boxing school. can walk to Sat and Sun markets (sunday they had music band infront of the place but they finished around 11pm) -Free snacks, coffee, tea, banana -cheap laundry service -red vans pass in front of the place -no elevators and cash only Highly recommended

1. Good location. In the center of chiangmai old city. Just beside Wat ChediLuang. Near to Tha Pae gate and walkable distance to Wat Phra Singh and three kings monuments. Sunday night market is just outside of the hotel. 2. Friendly staffs. 3. Free snack bar. 4. Room is clean with daily room cleaning. Had 4 nights here with no complaints. Satisfied.

Great stay!

The stay was very enjoyable with the friendly staff and clean room. The owner's daughter speaks really good English and the staff can understand simple English. All staff offered some help and recommendations. The free bar in the lobby is well-stocked and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. However, it may not be as suitable for elderly as the 4 storey hotel doesn't have lifts. The overall cleanliness was great.

A great family run guesthouse in Chiang Mai City.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at TCH Guesthouse. We were just around the block from Wat Chedi Luang and the Sunday Night Market started outside our hotel! The staff was great, and very helpful. From our hotel, we conveniently walked to get haircuts, got multiple massages, and Fish Spas for the family. I would definitely stay here again, if you're looking to be in Chiang Mai City. No worries at all if you're looking for excursions outside the city- we walked to Elephant Nature Park offices, and there were tons of excursions available to pick us up. A great centrally located guesthouse- highly recommended!

Nice location

Great place, close to everything temples, restaurants, massages, even a Muai thai gym, there is a great place to eat across the street, the best temple is 2 houses away, and the other ones no more than 5 blocks away.

Vi var en gjeng på 5 jenter som bodde på dette hotellet. Det så veldig fint og flott ut på bildene så derfor valge vi å ligge her. Førsteinntrykket var helt OK, det var ikke heis på hotellet noe som var svært dumt da vi måtte bære koffertene våre opp 3 etasjer. Vi oppdaga ganske tidlig når vi kom på rommet at det var små maur som krøyp på gulvet. Etter hvert kom de oppover veggene og noen kom til og med opp i senga. Dette gjorde det ikke så veldig koselig, så vi endte opp med å booke et annet hotell istedet. Morgenen etter dro vi. 4 netter ble til 1 natt. Det står også på hotell-forklaringen at det er en resturant på hotellet, den så vi ikke noe til. Det eneste som var på hotellet var et lite bord med gratis nudler som vi bare kunne ta.
