The property was located in a convenient spot and for two travelers it was the perfect size. The decor was quant and very well done. A draw back was we were not informed that the oven and stove were not operational before getting to the property. Using a full kitchen is mainly why we chose to stay in rentals rather than hotels when traveling. We essentially had the same cooking amenities as a hotel room with the bonus of a blender/toaster. That was a disappointment to us. Another minor hiccup is because of the age of the building, one had to be very careful with the electronics- not using more than one appliance at the same time. We adjusted but for guests during a warmer month stay might run into problems if trying to have AC and cook as the cooking appliances couldn’t be operational if the AC is operational. The windows did not have glass panes, so the windows could not be closed. They did have screens. Due to this you do hear downtown and train traffic.

Great place for us

Mid May we stayed 2 nights and attended a concert. Great location right downtown. king bed comfy; cute little place. Parking available and safe and secure. Thanks for the accommodations!

Back in time!!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment in the Murray Building in downtown Cheyenne. It was like stepping back in time in the quaint studio apartment. Beautifully restored and convenient to downtown. The host was very responsive and helped make our stay perfect!

Nice antique spacious apartment

Very comfortable space. Very old building nicely renovated with touches of original. Just be aware of stairs and no air conditioner. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

I took a quick solo trip up from Denver and this place was a perfect fit for my needs. It is located right downtown near everything I had intended to see. The communication was very thorough and the room was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality for my first time visiting Cheyenne!

Excellent Stay In Downtown Cheyenne

My wife and I loved this place during our trip to Cheyenne. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and really charming - we didn't want to leave it was so great. The check-in process was smooth and communication from the owner was great. The unit was wonderful. Location and parking was safe and access to anywhere in town was a breeze. Bottom line on this Vrbo...we'll make this place our first choice every time we travel to Cheyenne. Perfect for a couple!

Respectful

Truly appreciated the respect the owners have for this preserving the historic character of the place accurately. One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. In the same way, the property managers looked after and respectfully tended to any needs that I had—quickly and efficiently. This lovely studio apartment is a most excellent value and would definitely return!

A truly Fantastic Stay

I absolutely loved my stay here. So clean, and a truly great place with so many historic features. Loved the close proximity to the Capitol Building, and all of the details of the building itself 9including the beautiful Cherub mural outside.) The apartment is kept so well, and the owners are just a delight to deal with. I loved it and plan on staying here again for all future visits!
