The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make sure our children's wedding was the event they had hoped for! The ladies at the registration desk were superb!

The stay was great and the room was great. The server in the restaurant was so rude to us when we went in for breakfast we didn’t even want to try the food. I will not return because of how we were treated in the restaurant.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years it’s a staple of the area. I was disappointed in our recent stay. Upon entering the room there was visible food on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed up. On the bathroom counter some black marks that came up with a little scratching at it and elbow grease. There was a towel folded up in the mini fridge, not sure if for a leak or what. The beds had two pillows each. The restaurant and property grounds were nice but overall the rooms were run down.

Everything about this property was classy from the time we checked in. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with wonderfully luxurious bedding. Love the atmosphere in the lounge and dinner in Hathaway's was incredible.

Great place, but the front desk told me the bar was open until 10pm. I showed up at 9:30pm, sat at the bar unattended for a few minutes, when I was then told, rather shortly, they were closed. Big Bummer.

Looked a king size bed did not get that got two queens. They were dirty asked for a different room. They did give us a different room, but it was not that clean either.

I had an issue with noisy neighbors and the desk staff was great at handling it. I do think Little America should install heavier doors between the rooms that are adjoining. Also there is a large gap at the bottom of the door which allows sounds from the adjacent room to be easily heard.
