"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"The flat is very clean, tidy and fresh and has everything you will need for several days stay. Easy walking onto town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. Faversham is a lovely place to wnader around tooCar parking near the flat is very tricky (as is the case everyewhere in Faversham it seems) but Debbie does give you some ideas and if they are full then there are plenty of other sidestreets to try.Communication with Debbie, the host was wonderfully easy and she is really helpful."

Around the base of shower tray black grime, kitchen sink accessories stained and fridge needed cleaning. Looks like a quick hoover and tidy is all it gets between customers. Overall very disappointed. Not good value for money and can’t agree with other reviews."
